I am waiting to receive a package that requires a signature on delivery. The window is 11 am - 3 Pm. I am sorry my job requires me to go in for work every day. In this case I wanted to pick up my delivery at a Fedex location but Fed ex is not allowing me to do that. How am I am supposed to receive my package if I am working during the delivery window? I don't know if people at Fedex don't care about the work hours of the customer and care only about their delivery time and window. Provision must be made at least for me to pick up at a carrier location with a valid ID. So what now?, you guys are going to come everyday at the hour when I am working and leave a delivery attempt sticker at my front door? :(
