I recently visited Nissan in Dublin for an oil change, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team at Nissan ensured that my oil change was not only quick but also superb. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional, making me feel valued as a customer.The moment I arrived, I was promptly greeted by friendly staff members especially Carlos who was my Service Advisor who guided me through the process. They explained everything clearly, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. This level of communication instilled a sense of trust and confidence in their expertise.The oil change itself was done swiftly, without compromising on quality. The technicians were efficient and skilled, taking care of my vehicle with precision. I appreciated the attention to detail and the thoroughness they demonstrated.Overall, my experience at Nissan in Dublin exceeded my expectations. Their quick and superb oil change service, coupled with their excellent communication, showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even their Cashier, Carmen was very accommodating and very polite and kind. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive maintenance.

Some time back you were weary of car repair shops that would con you into expensive un-necessary repairs. Now fancy places like Dublin Nissan will do just that but with a class. They give you a nice waiting area, free wi-fi and fancy coffee. They will then tell you this is out of spec and that is out of spec and give a fancy print out of recommended repairs. You will come home after spending 2k while you walked in there thinking you will get oil changed and tires rotated using a $50 off coupon.I found these guys to be flat out liars.I went in with my Nissan leaf and asked them to diagnose the 'Collision Avoidance System Off' indicator. They charged $200 to diagnose. That is a scam right there. Their technician told me about $2300 to replace the sensor in the bumper and recalibration. I said Nah, I don't need it. I just cant use cruise control. I am not interested in paying $2300 to get the cruise control back.That is when he said something that was flat out lie. He said my car can accidentally apply brakes so I really should get it fixed. I could believe that. The car is telling me 'Collision Avoidance System' is 'off' How on earth is going to apply brakes. I walked away. Do not ever plan to go back to Dublin Nissan. I will call Nissan USA and ask then if what he said was accurate or just a way coerce me into paying for that repair.

Usually, I dread going to car dealerships. This particular experience I had with Dublin Nissan was so different and changed my prospective in dealing with car dealerships. I inquired regarding a vehicle listed online and immediately - Bobby Dastagir responded and was very courteous. So I went to view the vehicle and Bobby D. was very accommodating and helpful in providing information for me to make an informed decision. After viewing other vehicles in different dealerships- I went back and informed Bobby what I can afford and if there is a chance to accommodate my numbers. The sales manager came out with Bobby and explained the numbers and needless to say, I bought the vehicle. The issues that I saw and pointed out - the dealership put in writing to fix them. I just dropped off the vehicle for the repairs and even though they already earned my business - the treatment I received was all the same with respect, accommodation, concerns, and the guarantee to resolve all the issue. They likewise provided me with a loaner for the duration they are keeping my vehicle. Recommend highly if you are in need of a new or used ride. Look for Bobby Dastagir and you won't be disappointed l.

Was a $370 oil change service really done on my car? Service dept told me a transmission fluid service was needed; my Altima had 19K miles. I agreed to the service. Afterwards, at home, I measured the transmission oil levels and it did NOT even reach the dipstick! So I went under the car to investigate. First, the plastic undercover that has to be removed to access the drain bolt, was unlikely removed, as the plastic undercover and retainer clips didn't show signs they had been touched. Second, the transmission oil drain bolt was unlikely removed, as there were no signs of oil residue or brake cleaner wiping near the bolt. Third, the transmission oil overflow bolt and surrounding area was unlikely removed, as there were no signs of oil residue or brake cleaner wiping near the overflow bolt. Dublin Nissan charged me $370, but did not perform the service. Fellow customers beware! I uploaded pics too.

Dublin Nissan responded to my concern that repair work was not completed. After a discussion with the service manager, I am now satisfied that the work was complete. In fact, it was done so well that I can not tell. I have done a 180 on my opinion of Dublin Nissan. Very professional, fast, and well organized.

This Nissan location has moved , but the staff and the service is still as fabulous as ever ! Michael was the first attendant to greet me with prestige customer service , remembering me from my previous services at the old Dublin location. Michael graciously directed me and my vehicle to the correct spot and vacuumed my vehicle quite nicely upon return ! My interactions with Michael are always pleasant and are a core reason as to why I travel so far to this particular location to have my vehicle serviced ! ( He also noticed that my driver side rear brake light was out , and I was able to have that fixed same-day ! ) very thankful to Michael for all that he does! My technician Alex was professional and straightforward. Carmen, the sales representative, was helpful in processing my payment !

When me and my wife started our journey it was overwhelming and frustrating until we got to Dublin Nissan and started getting assistance from Bobby and Robert. The entire process was smooth and painless after they took over and guided us through. Answering any and all questions professionally and throughly I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially from Mr Bobby and Mr Robert. Cheers

We have great experience with Nick while we were only shopping cars at Dublin Nissan. It was late and I think they were about to closed but he was so patient and explained the different cars that we are interested and the different financing options. Even though we were only shopping, he was so helpful and friendly. He don't mind spending time with us. I will definitely referring Nick to all my friends and family.

Great experience. Nick Ricci, my salesperson, was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked into the dealership until I left with a new Frontier. He is a great customer advocate and also very knowledgeable, professional and worked hard to ensure I had the best possible experience with every question fully answered. A real pro. The dealership is new and very nice and the service area looked very clean and well organized. Looking forward to servicing my Frontier there in the future.

This was my first service at Dublin Nissan and i was happy with the whole experience. The service advisor was very clean in explaining the process and kept me updated continuously. He even called back after a day to checkin about the issues that were addressed.I also got a complementary car wash as well!

Overall it was good. Sales could have done a better job showing how to work and operate key features of the car when delivered. Also the car I first test drove that I initially came to see was an absolute mess. You should never present a car that way if you want to make a good first impression.

Updated. As soon as ownership saw my review, they got in touch with me. ON A SATURDAY. They offered a resolution and while it did take a couple of months, I received a full refund. I have no idea what the salesperson Abril (April) and that sales manager were trying to do, but ownership put a stop on that and fixed it.Thank you to ownership and Dublin Nissan for taking a bad experience and making it quite positive. I would definitely recommend you buy or service your car here, just pick a good salesperson.

I took my car in for maintenance and left with a new car. I did not anticipate that and everyone was very helpful throughout the process. Carmen was pleasant at the cahiser and my service rep got my maintenance finished earlier than expected and super nice. I ended up seeing a car in the showroom that I really liked and the trade in process was fair and efficient. Cameron my sales advisor was very helpful in getting the best deal for me and the manager /financial coordinator both made it happen.Highly rec this new location, a big upgrade from the old location and I appreciated all the professionalism and genuine communication.
