If I could give 6 stars I would! Billy was our sales agent who helped guide us through the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I did not feel any sales pressure at any time. Nissan offers many different add on and warranty packages, but they work with you, again not pressure you. Phil in finance is awesome. The facility is big, clean and modern. If are looking for a new vehicle, you want to go to Dublin Nissan.

It was great experience for me to buy Nissan car from Dublin Nissan.
I happened to check Nissan's website for the vehicle with my requirements and visited the showroom later to check the car in-person. Billy greeted as soon as we reached the showroom and then we met Carmen Deman to help us with our requirements.
Carmen was of really great support from the time we met her till we got our car delivered. It was a few days of discussions and test drives and finally when we finalized the vehicle, Carmen made sure to pick-up the car from a different location and ready for the delivery after all the dealings and documentation, even when it was a little late in evening. She also made sure to follow-up post car delivery. Keep Rocking Carmen!
Overall, the whole process was very seamless to drive the car back home.

The parts department can use some customer service training.
Called in to inquire on parts order and it was the clear the staff was not interested in helping me with information regarding my request.

My family had a great experience at Dublin Nissan. The Welcome and subsequent walkthrough until the complete purchasing was a Wow experience. Would like mention the Sales executive Mr Sam Alqaisi and Mr Vishal Pathak, who did everything in their capacity to make us feel comfortable and did not rush us to decision making . This was one of the best car buying experience for us and we truly appreciate their professionalism/ customer service & Patience.
Also the facility has a great ambience and they offer great deals . We would definitely recommend this location to Car buyers.

We had a problem with our NV3500 since early 2023 that our local Nissan dealer disregarded as nothing. We decided to give a call to Dublin Nissan and spoke with Carlos. When we arrived, Carlos met with us to discuss the issue and a few technicians quickly came out to inspect. We received a call a few days later and they found the issue. Carlos went out of his way to provide information and kept us updated during the time our vehicle was there. Their customer service is second to none and I can’t thank Carlos and Dublin Nissan enough!

I came to the dealership with Nissan Leaf battery issue. Service department did an excellent job. It was not easy but they reproduced the problem and my battery was replaces by warranty. Special thanks goes to our service advisor Francisco Majia for taking care of us.
