After having a bad experience at Tracy Mazda I went to Dublin Mazda and I can't express enough how wonderful Paul Mahjorirad was . He really listened to me and took car of my needs. The whole dealership was absolutely fantastic . They worked with me on getting the right price of a car . The financier who I can't remember his name but will say looked like a younger Tom Chaplin the lead singer of Keane really had patience and got me the right price.. I got the CX 30 and I LOVE IT. So if you're looking for a new Mazda please go to the dealership in Dublin and ask for Paul you will have a great personable experience.

I cannot praise Dublin Mazda enough! We recently purchased a new 2024 Mazda CX50 and our salesman was Keith Akbar. The entire experience was a pleasure, no hassle, and professional. As a former car salesperson, I can recognize a great dealership and personnel. I also traded in my 2019 CX3 which I feel they gave me a good trade-in value. I have used their service department before with my previous Mazda and that is what brought me back to Dublin Mazda. The service department is superior!If you are in the market for a Mazda go to Dublin Mazda and be sure to ask for Keith Akbar!

After being in the market for 10 months, I finally purchased my red CX-5! I have strong loyalty to Mazda's brand because of its reliability and its unique and heavenly beautiful red color :-) I have lots of thanks to my dealer, Keith Morita! Unlike some other dealers at other stores who can make customers feel pressured to make decision quickly, Keith is so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the way he makes a customer feel important and respected. When I arrived for my appointment with him, I noticed he already had a paper printed "VIP Tammy" and displayed at the front window of the red CX 5 I was interested in buying. During the test drive, he thoroughly explained me all the safety features and accessories on the car and made sure I had all the information. I am really surprised that he took me to the freeway to demonstrate the cruise control! After then, he honestly offered me different payment options, helped me work out the credit check for the finance option (my multiple income source makes it more complicated for credit check), and allowed me to decide on my own. He also went over all the paperwork carefully with me before I signed.Keith is also good at relaxing a customer. I have never made such a big purchase before buying this Mazda so it can be stressful, but the way he chatted with me while doing business made my buying process more comfortable. At the end, he was very cheerful; he took a photo of me and my bf with my new car, celebrated with me. His undivided attention and dedication are invaluable!

I returned my leased car 2 months early and didn't buy a new one. I expected to pay the remaining months and fees, but they waived all of that. That was a pleasant surprise and very unexpected given that I didn't go with another vehicle. I also came here for service 4-5 times and it was always done quickly and with no issues. Dublin Mazda is a dealer I can recommend and that's rare in this world.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally put my thoughts into words about the exceptional car buying experience I had at this dealership, a lot for which I have Keith Morita to thank! Had a wonderful experience yesterday buying a car from Keith Morita at Dublin Mazda. He was responsive, prepared, efficient, and very friendly. I was in and out in 3 hours, and the process would have probably been even faster if Keith and I were not happily gabbing about cars and life so much. Keith is a car fan like me, and a gentleman. Highly recommend the dealer and the man. I was driving in from Fresno and he had the car prepped and ready for me, sending me pics of the car including the nice printout in the photo.And the CX-30 is awesome! Best value on the market, hands down. My $37k Turbo Premium Plus literally has everything, does everything, feels solid as a rock, is quiet as a mouse, and runs like a dream. Most importantly, it is really easy to drive the CX-30 very smooth and gentle when needed. My daughter gets car sick easily and this is going to make our upcoming road trip to see her cousin at college very comfy for her.

Hate my Mazda... HATE it. The car locking system sucks, the gas isn't good on it, I'll never get use to it. I bought the car 6 months ago from here and have had to pay for registration and now need to buy new brakes because we'll Mazda says it's something we all need to do eventually. Mazda Idk why I tried one of your cars. I've never purchased a car off a lot and had to put time into it so quickly. I hate my car, thank you for selling it to me.

I would give zero or negative stars for this dealership if I could. It's all on their "Service" Dept - please just do yourself a favour, don't waste your time (and especially your money!!) and have anything to do with them. Mazda loyalist and owner for over 20yrs and 5 vehicles - and this dealership just burned that relationship. Un-ethical and borderline unprofessional service. I especially pray you do not go there for anything to do with warranty as they will deny, lie and then tell you that you are lying(!) and that you should "just pretend you had an accident and go through your insurance". Unbelievable. Dave Brown - I bought my first car (Mazda3) from YOU in 2005 from Tracy Mazda - lasted 17yrs and was able to pass to my son for his first car! You should be ashamed of the service department at Dublin Mazda :(

REVIEW OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I am pleased to say that my most recent experience met the same high standards that I encountered at Dublin Mazda, as previously reviewed. The service advisor, Frank Gonzales, took personal charge of a rather complicated job that ended up taking part of two days. He communicated with insurance, parts, and billing in a seamless fashion. He was quite flexible about discounts on the job. Dublin Mazda now uses Uber for its shuttling. The car arrived within minutes, and all charges are paid by Dublin Mazda. A lot of the process now (appointments, shuttle car, etc.) are handled online, and updates about the job, a video of the all-points inspection, etc., are sent to cell phone.

I have purchased several cars from Mr Keith. He is the General Sales Manager and has always taken care of me with more than fair pricing and I would recommend you walk in and introduce yourself. You will be greeted by a professional. He and his team walked me through my first car experience at another dealership many years ago which can be grueling for many. My husband and I were looking to buy a 3-row SUV and must've visited every dealership in Dublin (and met a number of rather off-putting characters along the way). When we walked into Mazda though, we had the great fortune of meeting KEITH MORITA, who was easily the most professional, personable, and knowledgeable dealer we've ever worked with. From beginning to end, no pushy/sleazy tactics -just a consummate professional treating us like actual people. He took us on the BEST test drive, patiently showing us the car's features and how they best worked with our driving style and needs. We bought a car from him that very day and drove home all smiles. I have been going to this Mazda since getting my car and have had no complaints before now. A month ago I got an oil change and I heard a weird dragging noise from underneath my car. I looked and noticed the panel was only secured on the front and not the back so it was dragging on the ground. I drove hundreds of miles and am lucky it stayed on. My car could have been seriously damaged if I had not noticed and I had to go under and secure it with zip ties because I did not have time to go back and get it secured.
