This is the best service department I have ever worked with. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my car. My advisor David Hernandez is the best ever. He makes sure I get all of the things fixed in my car in a timely fashion.

I've been going to Dublin Infiinti for years and the service is EXCELLENT. They know all about my car and treat it as if it were their own. This is my 2nd Infiniti and the 1st one was still going strong at 210,000 miles, until I hit a deer. They take such good care of my car and answer any call or question. I drive 3 hours to get there because it is the best Infiniti Dealership I have ever been to. (San Jose is pretty bad.) It is clean, and they have a beautiful and comfortable waiting suite. I am so grateful that they are there for me.

Dublin infinit was incredibly helpful in helping me with my my car purchasing process . April Serrano was the sales manager that assisted me - she was very accommodating and was very helpful in helping me find a vehicle that I loved! Man, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Staff was super friendly from start to finish especially my man SK. My car was there getting serviced for around 3 days and SK would keep me updated constantly on the status of my car and you could tell that he is super humble and helpful and that he clearly has a passion for what he does. The staff as a whole made me feel at home when I was there waiting in the lobby and had friendly conversations with some of the crew, making me feel like more than just an ordinary customer. They didn’t just service my car, they got a customer for life! Great staff bring your car here if you want to be helped in a professional and friendly way and huge shout out to my man SK one more time!

As an woman buying her first electric car, I had several disrespectful experiences with other car salespeople who told me falsehoods to try to sell me cars. Then I met Abril Serrano at Dublin Infiniti. She is knowledgeable, patient, efficient, responsive and did not make me feel pressured to make a quick decision on the car we bought before I was ready.
