Everyone was very kind and helpful. My husband and I worked with Sayed and he was very patient with us in our decision. He explained everything as did the finance manager. The GV70 is very nice. Easy, smooth, and fast driving. Many state of the art features in the car that we are very happy with.

I recently had a car shipped out across country, but upon receiving the car they called me and said they forgot to put on cilajet which I paid over $1000 for. They don’t respond to messages or calls and they have been ghosting me over a month when I try to get ahold of someone. Luke on the sales team should’ve resolved the issue but hasn’t. (UPDATE) It’s now been a whole month of trying to get my bill of sale shipped out and every time I talk to Luke or call Adnan they don’t answer or say they will get to it and don’t. I’m getting tired of calling and asking and I can’t get my plates without it.

Purchased a vehicle here on June 9th.
It’s now July 19th and I still have not received my title.
I also just got a registration renewal notice, but I already paid this when I purchased the vehicle?

I stopped by to test drive the 2025 GV80 and decided to purchase. Lauren Jarvis the sales lady was very kind, patient and professional throughout the whole process. She delivered the car to me after I got off work late and stayed to explain the different functions. First class service all around!

Lauren is professional and friendly. She was helpful throughout the entire process from paperwork to getting the necessary EV apps set up. She thoroughly explained the features of our GV60. She was extemely patient as we asked tons of questions. I highly recommend going to Lauren!

Poor communication, didn't alert us when car was ready, had a difficult time hunting people down, given a 5pm then 6pm and finally 5pm closing, and battery was drained.

Picked up a 2025 GV80 Prestige with the great help of Nick. I wanted white on white and there is as only 1 car in northern Cali and it was located in a different dealership miles away from my house. I feel very lucky that when I walked into Genesis of Dublin, it was Nick who happened to help me. He gave me an amazing price, extended warranty and arranged the delivery of my vehicle to their dealership. We agreed on everything in about 20 minutes and the deal was closed.
Nick then worked so hard and diligent to have the car shipped to their dealership within the next day. When I arrived, the car was washed, fully detailed, and ready to go. Nick also made the signing process very fast and efficient, eliminating all these options/packages that dealers often want to slip into the deal and sell to you. He only put what I requested.
Basically, in less than 24 hours, Nick was able to get me that ONE car with the color/package combo that I wanted and also gave me an amazing deal on the car price and extended warranty. If you go to Dublin Hyundai/Genesis, just ask for Nick and I promise you'll be set before you know it.

The purchase of the car was relatively easy but trying to schedule the ceramic coat appointment on the car that they talked us into buying and said they would call Immediately to schedule an appointment , can’t get anybody to call us back. Can’t get anybody to text call or anything for scheduling appointment we have called multiple time nobody returns our calls and when we do get in contact with someone they refer us to somebody who then also won’t return our call or tells us to book online but then are unable to book online I bet if we hadn’t already paid for the service someone would be trying a little harder I hope this isnt the way the rest of the service scheduling will be .

We just purchased a GV80 from Genesis of Dublin. We showed up there without an appointment but they were able to accommodate us and got a test drive within a few minutes. Their team was respectful, knowledgeable and very profressional, it was overall a great purchase experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Genesis.
