The carpet quality was good, but the service didn’t meet our expectations. Lack of communication after down payment, we had to reach out couple times for updates on delivery and installation. During installation, the new white carpet was cut on the asphalt street, and the crew wore shoes on it, tracking in debris. While safety is important, shoe covers could have protected the carpet. Additionally, the cleanup was rushed, leaving debris behind. Attention to these details would have made for a much better experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I’m so glad I found this place. Owners are so generous. Dede goes above and beyond to help even when the problem occurred with another flooring company. They have a customer for life!

Recently had our floors completely redone from here. Had a really great experience from start to finish. Show room had an extensive selection for a variety of budgets. Found a local engineered hardwood at a great price that looks great. Really friendly staff, and the install crew was amazing! Did ~1800 sq ft in 3.5 days.

I wholeheartedly recommend this family owned business for anyone interested in new flooring or carpeting. Big shout out to Chuck and his crew for their professionalism, follow up, and quality of work. My new vinyl wood flooring is absolutely gorgeous and the workmanship impeccable. They went above and beyond in order to make this process as seamless as possible, which isn't easy in a large old house with lots of flooring challenges. You guys are the best!

Extremely nice family run business with a lot of samples in their showroom. Prices are posted as well so there's no repetitive asking for info. I would have purchased here just for the service alone but was able to save an additional 10% by shopping around.

My wife and I had Dublin Carpet and Flooring remove our old carpet, and install new flooring and baseboards. Their installers were fast and very professional. Another company gave us a bid too, but that bid seem to be incomplete and Dublin Carpet's bid was well written. I would highly recommend Dublin Carpet and Flooring.

Was told job would only take a day. Installer showed up with out the tools needed to complete job, so he left to go get the right tools. Upon returning said that they would have to come back another day to finish. Now I'm waiting for them to come back after the weekend to finish.

I finally decided to have some flooring laid in my house. I went to Dublin Carpet and was extremely happy I did. (To be fair, it wasn't the first time I used them but keep going back.) Dede and Paul spent a lot of time, with me, to pick the perfect Laminate, for me. I brought home samples a few times and finally picked the one. Their men came out, took out my existing tile and laid my new one. I am very happy and will use them again for my carpets. Thank you Dublin Carpet, for a job well done.

Had new hardwood flooring installed in LR and kitchen. New hardwood in LR had to be laced in with some existing (40 yr old) hardwood. The installers did an amazing job- the floor looks completely uniform. Paul (store owner) provided excellent customer service and attentiveness throughout the project. I highly recommend this business - it's family owned and operated (not a chain).
