Zero reason to go here. Everything is locked up. One cashier. No way to get a simple battery. This place is doomed.

I've read some of the negative reviews this CVS has received. They must have their locations confused. This store is bright & clean. True, the restrooms have been down for awhile, and it's a convenience I would like to take advantage of at times. But they're a drug store. Not a rest stop.Besides, they more than make up for it in customer service. The entire staff is always friendly.The pharmacy is the cream if the crop. At other locations too often a call is minimum 15 mins. Not here. I'm usually talking to a pharmacist within 5 mins.Same thing with the lines. I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken care of. Credit to an excellent staff lead by Asst. Manager Santander(don't know her last name). I never see her "giving orders". Instead, she sees a need and fulfills it. The rest of the crew simply follows suit. They make pick up my prescriptions a joy. Thank you for the wonderful work you do.

Sad to see bathrooms be closed. Very often I visit CVS for something that I don’t want need, like a bottle of water, because it do give me convenience when I need something small, and very often these items are not the one that brings $$$ to owners… Really hope CVS is not changing that! Really thank you all!

They always seem to have the out of order signs on their restrooms. It's been that way for months. Either they won't fix their restrooms, or they don't want customers using the restrooms. I go to Walgreens now to get my medication because, as a customer, I should be able to use the restrooms.

This CVS branch on Regional St in Dublin, CA has by far the best customer service of any other CVS store. Kathleen, Lydia, and Lawrence are amazing, especially Kathleen. I could see her becoming a store manager very soon.

They always seem to have the out of order signs on their restrooms. It's been that way for months. Either they won't fix their restrooms, or they don't want customers using the restrooms. I go to Walgreens now to get my medication because, as a customer, I should be able to use the restrooms.

The worst pharmacy I ever dealt with is CVS. It seems cvs hires anybody from the street to work in pharmacy dept. . The worst cvs pharmacy is located inside target . I am so disturbed the way cvs staff handles customer service .. my doctor submitted a refill but cvs was out of the medication. CVS suppose to place an order with the manufacturer in advance to fill it within timely manner but staff refused to place an order stating that she can’t until the day I’m supposed to start taking medication. Which means I can’t take the medication for another week or so . The staff seems oblivious of patient’s need to take the medication from specified date. The staff couldn’t comprehend simple logical statement and direction such that pharmacy is out of stock (said medication ) and place an order to fill it . I only have one word to describe this staff :”Idiot” . — she can’t comprehend simple steps . Please use your discretion when choosing a pharmacy. Rite Aid is a good pharmacy.

Can't speak to the customer service because I didn't interact with anyone however I did go in to buy one specific item after I saw they carried it online. I went in and found it immediately and we straight to the self check out and was on my merry way. From what I can tell this location is modernized and everything was bright and organized and new looking. I can't speak to all aspects of this store but it looks fine to me and does the job!

WOW- Dublin Store in the BEST.My cash register clerk was amazing. He said Hi to every customer that walked in the door and was so kind to me during my check out. What a great employee you have. Thank you! Shelly

Worst customer service... been waiting for a prescription to be renewed, the Pharmasist refused to refil the 30 script, and wanted to wait for a 90 day script... after I contacted the doctor, and a new prescription was sent to CVS at 4:05pm on 06/22.... on 6/23 I received a message from CVS stating the doctor refused to fill... and to make an appointment. The doctors office sent me exactly what they sent CVS approving the prescription. Now CVS states it's too soon to fill the medication I've been out of for over a week.. and they will fill it in August. When asking for a manager or Supervisor they are all absent, cant be found.. they will call you back within 10 days. The Pharmaisist gets extreamly frustrated and obviously this is the result... sounds like retaliation. And they wonder why people get tired of the ignorance.
