Great place great service. Only downfall is how long it takes to get alterations, however, it takes just as long for these guys as everyone else. So I can’t discredit them for that.

I originally gave this place a bad review for slow lead times. Now, they're still slow but their customer service aspect is pretty good so it makes up for it. Minus one star for not selling firearms yet.

I was looking for some comfortable work shoes. I concluded what better place to look than a store that supplies police and other first responders. The clerk was very patient while I tried on several pair. I settled on some tactical boots. Very comfortable

Lead times don't really bother me but I don't think Curtis Blue Line has the same selection as the other uniform shop.

If you are in Law Enforcement anywhere close to the east bay you have to come see us. You're going to find something that's as rare as finding Big Foot. We call this customer service. Rushed in a little over a week ago hoping to get some new boots before deploying to the Bear Fire in Butte. Walked in while what appeared to be a couple were picking up two full sets of structural firefighting gear. I must have stood there for over 20 mins without even a nod off acknowledgement - much less a 'we'll be with you in a few minutes' or perhaps getting someone else to help me. Just rude. I have purchased gear a couple of times before - years ago - and had better service, if not the best prices, so giving them stars vs one. I really try to support local businesses vs big online - but they need to provide good, knowledge, friendly service.

Shout out to these guys for going above and beyond my needs. I was looking for a specific pant and it wasn’t on their website. Contacted one of their Tactical Product Specialists (Lane Critser) whom I had worked with before and he set me up with ordering through one of theirs stores. Quick turnaround and absolutely happy with the service.

So far, Curtis Blue Line has been all disappointment and no one's held accountable. Delivery windows are absurdly long for simple products like pants. 3 months for a jacket to be delivered is just plain unacceptable. Especially when you work in cold weather environments and are dependant on these products. Trying to reach out to sales representatives gets you nothing but the run around and lame excuses as to why your uniform shirts aren't delivered (90+ days later). I'm still
