I just moved up from San Diego, and between moving and then driving through a section of the 5 with wildfires in the surrounding area, my car was filthy. I only had time for a basic wash but this place was fast, very well priced and conveniently located . Will def return for a full detail in the future.

My husband and I been going to this car wash many years. I bought a new car ? and took there to get it for the first time and I went got home to inspect my car. I'm shocked to witnessed and very disappointed I found out, one of my wheels was damage. That's why they did my car so fast because they wanted me to leave so fast. I didn't get a chance to inspect my car. My new car was damage. I'm never going back there any longer. FYI - Please check your car before you leave the parking lot. I'm angry ? ?

As a long time customer it is sad to write this. Lived in the area and gone here for multiple decades. The quality here has been deteriorating for the last few years (even precovid). I got back from a roadtrip and the car (sedan) took a lot of bugs and somethings that splashed up. It was not clean on outside. I did not buy the lowest package, bronze, i bought gold. I watched them take the same amount of time on my car as a silver package (owner purchased in front of me inside) in the next line. Most bug spots were gone, yes. The rest and something that splashed up, like a soda, were still plastered on the side. So went home with a rag and some cleaner. It took less than 3min with slight scrubbing effort to get the bugs and sticky residue off. The inside was partly wiped down. It was well vaccuumed. The value of this buy is bad. Ill instead go to autopia carwash down the street and go home to do the simple detail work on my own in the future. Sad, they used to be so good- no more. Sorry to see a local business around for so long decline so much on its quality. Hope a better business comes in here soon

I got the gold package, and it was all right. some fine detail need to be addressed by myself later. For $39 I think it is worthing it.

I have my brand new bmw x6 suv 2024
50mil on it.
Just got it from the dealer.
Before I give them to wash my car I asked them if there machine will scratch my car they said no way it will be scratch
I was double checking my car before I give them to wash it.
After the finish to wash my car I going 4 big scratches that never was there before again it’s a new car from the dealer.
Talked to the owner he said there is nothing he can do and that is busy.
They charge me $48 dollar for bad car washing
And now I need to fix my car in for couple of thousands dollars.

There is nothing like being the First in line at the carwash. I had not had my car cleaned in awhile, so this day was perfect. I purchased the silver package (which is in between the least and highest (not counting detailed service). But, I have used every level and the silver is the best for the money. Be sure to tip all the help well, please. I purchased a gift card for my husband, but he had not used it yet. He thought it was for detailing only. Check it out.
