I just purchased $60 worth of gas at the Chevron located at 7007 San Ramon Blvd in Dublin, CA. Afterwards I really needed to use the bathroom only to find the door was locked and I needed a key. The bathroom is OUTSIDE so I had to go into the store. I asked for the key and stated to the very rude cashier that it was not easy trekking back to the store when I really needed to use the bathroom (meaning why is the door locked?). She said, “Well just make sure you lock the door” with a nasty look and all kinds of attitude. I won’t be buying gas here again. Chevron needs to train their employees better.

I wouldn't buy a soda fountain drink here again. A 32oz one cost $3.30 when a size at any other one I've been to cost under $2.00

I wish I could put zero stars. I added a small amount of gas at this higher priced station just to get me to another affordable station. Since it was expensive, I added just $15 to get me to Costco after work. They put $103 pending hold on my credit card! This is ridiculous. I thought it was a skimming fraud charge. But according to my bank some private stations are allowed to place these high holds on credit cards. I will never add gas here again! CONSUMERS BE WARNED. I will be updating this review if I get scammed out of money at this location. Avoid this gas station if you can.

Customer service is trash I simply called to ask if they accepted Apple Pay and they person answered with a nasty grown instead of hi ‘. Picked up the phone and said “ehhhhh”After I asked they just said yes and hung up . Crazy … no decency.

Middle of the night and I was hungry. 24 hour Jack in the Box was closed.Swung through here, grabbed some food. Service was shockingly pleasant and kind.It was a simple and quick transaction, but it made me feel good. Didn't catch the name, but, thank you.
