Don't waste your time unless you make an appointment with this branch. Even though the branch had zero customers and was fully staffed we were told they had no time to help.

I have been a Chase customer for many years but this branch has very poor service and extremely rude staff. Long wait times, poorly managed staff and branch. I don’t recommend anyone going to this branch. They don’t even deserve one star. Don’t ruin your day. Go to another branch or change banks.

This branch is pretty bad, i went in to add my wife to my checking account since it couldn't be done online like account opening (weird in my opinion) but anyway we had to go in. We went in at and off time, around 1:30 so as expected the lobby was empty, 2 tellers and 1 person in new accounts (i wont mention names). I went to the teller line did a transaction and told her i had to add my wife to a new account (were both existing customers) she had me wait and went to the person i new accounts. They had a conversation for about 5 minutes which was odd, but then the teller came back saying we couldn't be helped and had to make an appointment. I asked her, it doesn't seem busy... and what was said pretty much was the dumbest excuse ever... the new accounts lady did not want to help us because she had just returned from vacation and was catching up on email.... WTF! I get you went on vacation, but youre back at work and at a branch isn't the job to help customers in front of you? Not to catch up on email. I mean look we all work and know what its like to catch up on email after a vacation, but i cant even imagine telling a client or my boss, i just got back from vacation but I'm only going to work on catching up on my email today... RIDICULOUS. We went to the chase on the other end of Dublin Blvd and had no problems. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP WITH ACCOUNTS. The tellers were pleasant though, i felt the teller understood my frustration, she seemed frustrated that her colleague was so lazy.

They have construction going on. They should close while the work is being done. There was a line, smelled like paint, and a frantic bank teller going back and forth to different parts of the branch. I left after waiting in line for a few. It was a horrible experience. I will avoid this location.

After consulting with one banker here, I was not so satisfied so I went to Wells Fargo not far from this one. I got happy answer at WF. I would use WF then due to a better experience there.

Hi. I called my local Chase Bank on 4560 Dublin Blvd. Terrible service in last few years , very slow, poor knowledge. Today I decided I would leave my private client status and transfer my money to BOA - they do have better service, interest rates the same and therefore I called Chase and spoke to a lady by the name of Terry. It was a disaster! Not only did she not know what to do, she kept inquiring why I did not have POA of my dad 's account, and I kept telling her that he is dead so I could never have POA of his name- She asked 3 times before I told her she should have known what a POA was prior to the call. She interrupted me repeatedly, laughed very loud on my questions, in a condescending way and told me that even though I was a private client I had no representation and that is why no one ever reaches out to me. That was not true, my priavte banker was assigned over 7 years ago! Very little knowledge or professional character from this branch. Told me her name was Terry. Terry unfortunately as not only very unhelful, she was rude and spoke over me . Very happy that I am making this decision to downsize from Chase. Have a nice day.

Banks these days rarely do anything that surprises me, but Nancy and her personal banker went above and beyond to help me and my sons set up their first accounts. I called the branch looking for help because of a bad experience at another location. I was very frustrated when I dialed this branch and honestly didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone. Nancy answered right away and did everything she could to fit us in, and she went over the paperwork so that we were sure to bring what was needed. While we weren't able to go the same day she squeezed us in the next week. Shortly after that call the branches personal banker called and explained to me about a banking product I could set up at home. This was really the best solution for us and my faith was restored that there is still customer service in banking. Thank you Nancy and team.

Been here forever and today worse service ever. Snarky big teller telling me that I am confused by banking acct info. Horrible service and no service at this branch.

Came here to request a REPLACEMENT for a bank card. Explained that the chip on it does not work in some of the readers and asked to KEEP the card number just replace the actual plastic. The clerk assured me that that is not a problem, asked for id blah blah. I left the branch. Went to the restaurant. Card declined. Went to a store - card declined. Stopped by another Chace branch in San Ramon on my way back ask what's going on. Turns out the card was reported stolen and deactivated.Do not bank here. These people can't do a most basic transaction without messing it up.
