I was asking for information for more than a week, I was on the virtual tour where they don't show much and they promise to send you an email with written information. I never received that one. Despite having insisted, they never gave me the prices, they only talked about schedules and food menus, but no information about the teachers, the program, prices, etc. It's a shame because I really wanted to enroll my little one there, but I will continue to look at other options.

I just had to take a moment to express how awesome the infant class is at this center. The teachers (Ms. Risa, Ms.Britney, Ms.Janice) are so caring and the environment is all about positivity. They make sure that your baby is comfortable. They send multiple pictures from you child everyday and thats really interesting to see what your child is learning and doing. And you know those first few drop-offs can be a bit rough, but everyone went the extra mile to help my baby settle in. They seven send us cute pics to ease our mind :)The directors( Ms.Sue and Ms.Caitlin)are Seriously amazing! They’ve got everything under control. So glad I found this place for my little one! Highly recommend this branch ?

The daycare itself is great. Very clean facilities, very well organized, diversity is respected. Teachers are amazing, very caring and the program is good. However you should be aware that the facility is located in a proximity to multiple cell antennas mounted on a pole disguised as a tree. The pre K class is in direct line exposed to it. Since kids are spending a significant amount of time there we didn't feel comfortable staying there. Thankfully, the principal was understanding.

They only offer virtual visits, no in-person tours. I don't understand how any parent is expected to pick a preschool for their child without seeing it first in person.

Bright Horizons at Dublin has a beautiful, loving environment where my infant is thriving! The teachers are professional and supported us in starting solid food for my child when she was still behind on her feeding when she joined. She is happy to go to daycare and happy when she comes home in the evening. Thank you dear teachers and staff!

Amazing culture - a nice balance of a learning curriculum for children with a family-like atmosphere. Sent both of our children the last 5 years and refer friends to this center with no hesitation.

Very sad location. From the outside this looks like a cute school. I felt good at first impression. When I had to meet Susan I noticed her demeanor changed as I am not a Caucasian person. She will disregard you. I felt very concerned when I had to meet mrs katie as I noticed she is unkind and does not feel genuine with frown look she makes at meeting me. I make choice of not enrolling my baby here. I do wish this school had been more welcoming to minority race. I do not see many minority staff... Maybe 2 people that is all. But I take my business else where as money is definitely not issue. But here I feel energy of maybe small town 1800s mentality. So so sad. Will not bring my baby here. no good.

Same as in previous comment happened to me as well. They just haven't showed up on zoom meeting they scheduled 2 month in advance I am not going to try to contact them again it's not respectful and shows all the issues with organization they have. Not the place I can trust my child.

I was interested in enrolling my kid so I scheduled a virtual tour. Got the confirmation email, I was ready with questions, even asked my family to look after the baby so I can have good conversation. The meeting was at 11:00 but I waited for about 20mins no one showed up! No one called me to explain what happened, I called three times but only get to voicemail. I still don't know what happened but this is so disorganized and disrespectful of other's time.

My son started at BH Dublin 5 years ago in the infant room and is now graduating the K-prep classroom. Our second baby is now in the infant room and we still love it. I've visited other centers in the area (Dublin, Pleasanton) and BH Dublin really stands out. They are great with communication, safety, cleanliness, healthy meals, & curriculum...but what really sets them apart is the warm, familial environment that the teachers & staff create. They adore the kids, and have a great system of working together so that kids get love from lots of teachers/staff. I found that to be important during times of turnover so that kids still have lots of familiar loving faces even if one of the teachers leaves. Overall, great experience over 5 years and would recommend this location to anyone.

Things definitely look different during a pandemic, but we have consistently been overjoyed with the quality of care our kid gets here for the past two years. The teachers are all absolute gems and have been wonderful resources in and out of the classroom. Even without parents being able to be in the building ourselves, the teachers still take extra time to communicate daily highlights, sometimes even as we're passing in the parking lot! I feel 100% on board with the teaching philosophy here in, raising modern kids to be healthy, kind, and conscientious humans in a beautifully multicolored world.

Our family was fortunate enough to tour the Bright Horizons in Dublin prior to Covid. The director, Rina, explained what the center was about and showed us around to the classrooms and play areas. The center was bright and happy and we instantly felt a positive vibe. The lunch menu for that week sounded delicious, too! We knew immediately that it would be the perfect place for our son. We’ve been part of the center for a little over a month now and we have no regrets. The staff are amazing and always so welcoming. This is the first time our 2.5 yo son has attended any kind of daycare, so you can only imagine how skeptical and nervous we were. But our transition has been such a wonderful experience! Our son loves it and we know this because he always says “Mommy, talk about daycare.” It’s his way of telling us about his experiences by answering questions I ask about his days. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing our son enjoys being there and we can trust that he’s being well taken care of. We highly recommend this center!

We cannot say enough great things about Bright Horizons in Dublin! Before the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we were a Bright Horizons family for almost three years. We had two children that went from the toddler room through the K-Prep program. During that time, we could not have been more happy with the academic, STEM education, and interpersonal skills that both of our children developed. Even as one of the youngest in his class, our older son was more than ready for Kindergarten and is now a thriving 2nd grader. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our younger son was not able to complete the K-Prep program but we are more than grateful for the time that he spent at Bright Horizons with the teachers that he loved, and the friendships that have continued on to this day. We would recommend Bright Horizons to any family that is looking for a childcare center that truly cares about their child's well-being, and their early childhood development/education. In fact, we have recommended Bright Horizons to more than one of our friends and we would not have done so if Bright Horizons was anything less a 100% positive experience for us.

We absolutely love this place. Our daughter is so happy here. The teachers are so attentive to her needs. Our daughter has gone to two other preschools prior to Bright Horizons, and I can say that I finally have peace of mind every morning when I drop her off. She was being bullied at her last school. At Bright Horizons the classrooms are small enough to allow the teachers to see what is going on in their classroom. Our daughter has become very verbal and her vocabulary has widened since starting at the school. She always wants to read, draw, write, and loves to count. Bright Horizons is overall an excellent preschool.
