Just picked up my mother if the bride dress after being tailored by Fariba. What a gem she is and the tailoring she did was perfect.
My whole experience at Blossoms was amazing from finding the perfect dress to alterations. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I was looking forward to my appointment for two months. I came in early and was told to look through the assortment of dresses only to realize that they didn't have sizes for bigger women. There was only one other woman trying dresses and she was getting all the help. Even when my appointment time came around. I had one dress pulled for me and that was it. I was told I'd have more help and this experience was absolutely horrible! I drove over two hours to come here and was so excited only to get fat-shamed. I was also told the owner only orders smaller-sized dresses. I didn't even feel comfortable for one moment. Zero professionalism. They were not welcoming whatsoever. Waste of my time and took a toll on my mental health.

My sister and I had the most wonderful experience at Blossoms Bridal and Formal in Pleasanton! From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The customer service was top-notch, and we felt incredibly pampered throughout our visit.
Katie, the owner, went above and beyond to assist us. Her knowledge and expertise helped us find the perfect dresses for our special occasions. Not only was she attentive to our needs, but she also made us feel like valued customers.
The selection of dresses at Blossoms Bridal and Formal is unparalleled. We were spoilt for choice with the array of elegant and chic designs available. Whether you're looking for something classic or trendy, this store has it all!
We are thrilled with our purchases and cannot wait to wear our dresses. Thanks to the exceptional service and stunning dresses, we will definitely be returning to Blossoms Bridal and Formal for our future dress needs. We highly recommend this store to any girls in search of their dream dress!

Beware of online ordering from Blossoms Bridal. Service provided online is terrible. If you are even remotely close to your event it’s a bad idea. I ordered a dress on their website that appeared as completely available over 2 weeks before my prom, plenty of time for it to arrive. I got no emails as over a week passed, so I call them and they don’t answer. No big deal, they have a text line. I text, and it takes them 3 days to respond once I give them a name, just for them to tell me the color and size of the dress I wanted has been DISCONTINUED. It should not take over a week to notify me of this, this information should’ve been able to be provided to me within a few days. AND I should not have had to contact this business myself to find it out, since I wasn’t sent an email. Not to mention that their website should seriously be updated. It makes me really sad to have this have happened, this place has beautiful dresses, but it really screwed me over with my deadline and screwed me out of a dress I’ve wanted for over a year for this event which absolutely broke my heart.

We went there looking for a specific dress by one designer, and they had one. The people here were so patient with my daughter as she spent hours trying on dresses, only to come back to her original choice for being there. I highly recommend making an appointment and getting your gowns in this store, from the measuring, ordering, and delivery, all done well and fast. She had her dress in the shop in under two weeks.

Terrible experience! As I needed to book an appointment and pay $20 for an appointment, I thought I will get a good service or something better than casual stores! I've never been so disappointed like today!
I arrived 20 mins early, they told me I can look at the dresses. At 12:50 I found someone and said who is gonna help me today? And a girl said I'll help you (I had to go and find someone to help me). She was helping 3 other people at the same time. I had to walk out of the room and call her to help me put the dress on! What is that $20 for if the service is same as other stores???? It's a total rip off.
I had to walk around the store and find this girl to ask her to help me take the dress off.
I found this store online and looked at dresses on their website! But when I show them what I want they said they don't have it at the store. Not only that one dress, they don't have as many dresses as they have online.
They have only one of each dress and I had to ask other people to give me the dress after they try it.
They said the appointment is 1 hour and we can try 7 dresses. After 40 mins I was waiting for this girl to come and help me to take my third dress off, she just came and said 20 mins left!
Terrible terrible costumer service and a total scam! Bunch of kids are trying to run the store.

This place is terrible. You have to make a reservation for $20, and about 10 other girls are shopping there too. Online said that the dress I wanted was available in store, and so I drove 1 hour to this store to get it. I drove there even though there was absolutely no confirmation of my appointment, no emails, no texts, nothing. I called them 3 times and texted them 3 times to try and ask them if they really do have the dress that I wanted at the store. No one replied at all. So I drove 1 hour and wasted $20 for nothing. When I asked for my money back, they said that it is nonrefundable, although I already explained to them how unfair it was that I was treated this way while I recieved no customer service. This store is a scam and all the dresses are out of style. Go somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at Blossoms Bridal & Formal. The owner, Katie was very sweet. I made a last minute appointment close to closing time and Katie was super accommodating. There is a wide selection of dresses, lots of great options at great value to fit your event needs. I ended leaving with 2 dresses because I just couldn't decide between the two! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Katie!!

This dress shop is probably great if your a size 4. Specifically called and asked them if they had a great of variety of larger (14) sizes to try on for my daughter's prom. I'm very familiar with standard practices of having to order for a lot of the dresses as I used to be in the fashion world when I was younger. I wanted to make sure since this shop requires a $20 deposit to even look at dresses which is odd. I was assured that they had "plenty" in the store. My daughter and I went to our appointment and was just told "those" sizes are in the back and if I could afford a designer they are against the other wall. We started looking thru the very few that were the right size and decided to try them on. The employee who was assigned to us didn't help at all in the beginning. Generally, stores like that will help and pull some dresses as ideas. Not until our 3rd dress we finally got someone to help after I said something about you would think a place that charges $20 to even look at dresses would have someone to help you. The sales associate did finally pull some dresses after asking a price range and I told her it didn't really matter. Coincidentally, all the "normal, smaller" girls seemed to have plenty of assistance during their experience. I will not be returning here for future gown purchases for my daughter.

RANT! Blossoms at Stoneridge is such a terrible store/business. Last prom season, I made my daughter an appointment to try on dresses and I paid the appointment fee. We get there are there are no dresses in her size for the styles she was looking for. They told us " we can order the size you want and she can come back to try it on" I ask "Will that be included in the fee I had already paid or would I have to pay another appointment fee?" They answered " a new fee would be charged" We left and ended up ordering from their online store. Five days after the order, we call to check the status of the dress. We were told that they canceled our order because our shipping address didn't match our billing address. That's lame. Made another order and got the dress one week before prom. I took it to an outside shop called Essy's ( Pleasanton) to have alterations done. I'll write a rave for them, highly recommend them. Prom happened and all was good. Fast forward to this prom season. I told my daughter I didn't want to order from blossoms again. HOWEVER she found a dress that she loved. So we ordered last week. We checked the order status today and it read " contacted" that's it. No further details. We called them and we were told that " oh, we don't have that size. We contacted you" NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED OR TEXT THIS INFORMATION TO US. This is not how business is done. Save yourself the headache.

First of all, I had a bad experience with this company last year, but decided I would give it another go this year. The only reason is because the dress I received was really pretty and well made, so quality is not an issue. The problem is, the staff there are unhelpful and sound like they'd rather be doing anything else. Again, that was last year so I'm not sure if the staff is the same this year as I decided to shop online to avoid that. Second of all, it seems they don't want to cater to the bigger girls, like me. I wear a size 14 or 16, depending on the dress/fabric. The actual makers of the dresses have bigger sizes, but when I went in person last year there were only a few bigger dresses to choose from. Now this is my biggest problem. I tried to order a dress online, aware that not every dress has bigger sizes. But I selected a dress and saw that they had size 16. The website literally said in bright green letters "size 16 in stock". I will include a photo. Yet, a week later my dad calls Blossom to check on the status of the dress and they just now decide to tell us that they don't have that size in stock. I once again went online to check the website, and sure enough, it said "size 16 in stock". We had placed our order about a week ago and Blossom failed to contact us. Not even once did they try to reach out to us to inform us that the dress is supposedly "not in stock". Blossom is very bad at communicating with their customers. My prom is a month away, and I thought I had found the most perfect dress, only to be crushed. Do better, Blossom. To all the bigger girls reading this, don't waste your money on this company. Especially because the dress makers sell their products on other websites as well.

Prom shop is a scam. You pay 20.00 for a reservation to be stuffed in a room with 10-12 other females shopping. You’re told you get a 1 hour time limit to try on dresses and can pick only 7 dresses. None of the dresses on their site are in the store and they are all packed on racks stuffed in plastic garment bags where you can’t see anything. You’re told the left side of the store are dresses over 500.00 and the right side are under 500. Dresses are many outdated and not up to style. It’s a free for all, no one helps you. You would be better off going to the flea market or Ross. Such a disappointing trip.

Both my daughters went here for their prom dresses. Excellent selections and the alterations are well done. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to look here for the special occasion dress!
