I don't know if it's because I'm African American or because I am a gay man but I attempted to go into this store to purchase an engagement ring and upon my arrival the door was locked so I rang the door bell to get their attention and the gentlemen came outside of the store shut the door behind him and asked me how could he help me I responded I would like to make a purchase. He asked what do you want (all while still being outside of the business at 2pm on a Friday afternoon 2 days before Christmas. He then proceeded to look at me from head to toe at this moment I realized he was not going to allow me to purchase from this establishment. I told him no thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. To bad for them my budget was 15k. Very racist please stay away from this business.

I did my researched for a solid 14k gold 24 inch 6mm rope chain. BJ jewelers had the best price throughout California and the net. Great customer service as well! Thank you! I’ll be coming back!

No words to describe the humbleness of this family! Walked in and was greeted at first sight. Very knowledgeable and helping also very kinda and polite will be back for sure don't waste your time in other high end stores this is the place to come and feel like you got your money's worth. Had a great experience shopping here. I came looking for a nice Cuban link or Figaro chain, and had some gold to trade towards the purchase. The gentleman who owns the shop was very polite and accommodating. He gave me very fair trade value on the gold I had towards the purchase of a lovely 22k figaro chain, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the shop, and I would be happy to return in the future when I am ready for another jewelry purchase.

I looked at a lot of other reviews on other Jewellers and the one thing that made me choose Bj's over the others, was that Bj's reviews were more consistent with how Imran treated you and his knowledge of gold and you could tell he enjoyed what his does. Very nice gentlemen and I will be buying my next piece from Bj's as well.
