The best branch I have ever been to. Very helpful team members. AJ is always a great help, so are Carmen and Maha.
Maha helped me with a wire transfer which was supposed to be done in a different branch. I am grateful to have this branch near my community. I could not give a seven star otherwise I would.

Shocking experience. They were late for an appointment I had made with them, then occupied themselves with other people while I was just waiting for 15 minutes. I had to take 2 minutes to give them a number, but they immediately just left to go back to the cubicle where they had been preoccupied with other people, despite my appointment.I ended up leaving because they were in one of the cubicle areas with no sign of coming out after 15 minutes. Clearly understaffed, just don't come to this location even if it's closer -- the wait is much too long even with an appointment. An experience makes you reconsider using BofA at all.

Nobody cares about the walk in banking anymore. They are fully staffed for new accounts and loans but they have 0 support for existing customers. I have been using BofA for 30 years and I am ready to start over with another bank. Avoid using them at all costs.

Great experience! I was having difficulty updating my address online. Came into the branch, and the person that worked with me was very patient and was willing to take the time to figure out how to solve my need. I appreciate this level of customer service, and it encourages me to do more business with Bank of America.

I’ve been coming to this branch for nearly 10 years. It takes a lot for me to come online to complain about someone when I have so many things to do in one day with my agenda I arrived at 4p.m 9/29 which is my birthday, but I totally thought that they close at 5 o’clock. I asked the lady if she could take one more customer because it was three other people in line and she told me it was the cashier lady birthday too. I’m sorry you had to go to the other bank. I know it’s Friday and everyone left to go home but it was just a principal. You still had the register open. One lady said yes the other said no I said well the cashier knows me but the supervisor said no. 4+ she could’ve did it but she just his medicine. I think I’m just gonna relocate

Don't bother with this bank, I told them exactly what I needed an appointment for, I bring all my documents, then after 15 minutes they decide to tell me that they won't update my information without my wife present. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time because you were too incompetent to forewarn me of the requirement for my wife to waste her time too. I have an appointment at Citi tomorrow to open a new account there and close this one.Fancy titles may fool your sales reps but if you keep paying them so little that no one serious will take the job you'll lose your customers.

We use this location for our banking need and appreciate all the assistance and attentive too all of our needs. Unfortunately we had to work with the Merrill Lynch rep Steven Qi or Yong Sheng Qi. From the very moment when he walked in he seemed short he explained in detail the benefits and the interest rates without completely listening to what we wanted to ask. Once he stopped talking over us we finally had the opportunity to ask our questions which resulted in him re-explaining the details of the interest rates on a monthly daily bases and talking over anything we had to say and hard pressuring us. Finally just told him to stop this is to high pressured used car salesmanship tactics which again resulted in the benefits of their interest rate. Agreed it sounds like a wonderful plan but will definitely NOT use this person and his high pressure tactics

I've been banking here only for a short while but I will be finding a new place. This is mostly due to the older woman with glasses who is usually working the front teller position on the far right side. Routinely, she has been rude, unhelpful, lazy and extremely bitter. Her constant lack of professionalism, basic inability to do her job and consistent bad attitude is unacceptable for a bank trying to pass as a respectable financial institution.
