B&S is MB Sprinter Van authorized center but not USAA insurance network. Hard to find network Sprinter Van body shops so went their. Repair process all good. Except when I noticed a crack on the repair spot, B&S would not warranty; blamed external forces and recommended another USAA claim. Another RV/Sprinter van body shop inspected the crack and attributed to poor work the first time. Be aware if you have Sprinter Van high roof repairs.

From the moment someone answer the phone at B&S the service was outstanding! The rep I worked with Albert was extremely professional, patient and seem to have my best interest at heart. I’ve gone to some other autobody shops and it is always felt like I was never getting a reasonable deal and being charged more than I should.
The work I had done on my car was excellent. They kept me informed along the way of when the part was coming in and was quick to make the repairs.

I had a great experience with B&S Hacienda Auto Repair in Dublin. They texted me or called me with every update and made sure that I was kept up to date with every bit of information. I appreciate all of the extra time they spend to help work with my insurance and make sure I was kept in the loop.

Hebe helped me with all the process with the insurance and he responded all my emails very quickly.

I always go to B and S Hacienda for the top-notch customer service from Alfred. Alfred first took care of my car at the Pleasanton office, and now I have followed him to the Dublin office. Every time I have come to have my car serviced, I have always left satisfied. Thank you, Alfred!

B&S was referred by the car dealer. I am so happy that it worked out well for me.
Alfred explained and guided me through the repair process, right from ordering the parts until they complete the paint job. Niedy has been my representative sharing daily updates. She made it very easy by sending text updates throughout the repair.

I was recommended to have my brand new Toyota Highlander repaired at B&S after someone dented the rear end of my car in July. B&S came highly recommended by the management at the Toyota dealership in Dublin, where I purchased the car as well and local friends. B&S was very professional, and extremely communicative throughout all steps of the process. After 3 1/2 weeks I have a brand new car again. Thank you B & S and thank you Hebe for your attention to detail and staying on top of the insurance companies. I would recommend anyone needing bodywork done to go talk to this shop!!
