They clean cars good, but one notice here is that they park the car in slop while pulling the hand break so your car will break in your transmission. I will not put my car in major loss. They have to tell and explain that to their drivers otherwise they suppose to leave us to drive our car.

I took my car for a wash and paid for the ultimate wash. They left the tire shine run down my wheels and splash on the side of my car when I drove away. They did a very poor job on cleaning my dash. It was still covered with dust, and cluster gauge had streak marks from the rag they used. And the cup holders were sprayed with solution to be cleaned but were not cleaned. I'm very disappointed

Worst. Car wash. Ever.
For $30 I expect the car to be clean. I rubbed the dirt off the door with my finger. Windows were streaked from the wet rag.

My car was already clean, and because of that, I feel they did nothing. My car was still wet driving off, and they did not wipe the inside down. I paid for the deluxe wash and for $48 I was not satisfied. I will not return to this facility.

Left my car for Interior Detailing. They promised to clean and shampoo the mats and carpets inside as well as the trunk.
When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that they had only dry vacuumed the trunk and DID NOT SHAMPOO the TRUNK
Also for the inside, only the mats were cleaned. The carpets were are all dry and was not shampooed. Regarding shampooing they spary some light stain remover kind of chemical on the surface , smear it with a brushing machine, and then vacuum it on the surface. They do not deep clean or steam clean the mats or the carpets.
Also they had damaged my leather seats and a door speaker cloth.
Not worth going there for any DETAILING. Would never recommend this place.

Wish I had something better to say but I don’t. I would not recommend Dublin Autopia. Very disappointed with the job they did on my car. Once I got home I had to wipe down several parts of my car that they missed. I had to do the wheels, the chrome trim on the grill and front bumper. The trim on the trunk lid and rear bumper. The inner door jams, the windows and the mirrors. All these areas still had an incredible layer of dirt they left behind. Paid good money plus a tip and they did a terrible job.

My car was dirtier than it was before cleaning as the cleaning crew went in without any carpet protectors. The dark black shoe print from the carpet floor took a while to clean by another cleaner. I would not recommend this place, if you need to go, cover your car floor properly before handing it over. Not satisfied at all.
