i dropped off my cummins pickup after over tightening a fitting and cracking the case. they had the transmission out quickly and within a couple days had it torn down and were able to inform me i was going to need a full rebuild rather than the case swap i had come in for. they did not hesitate to send pictures of the smoked clutches and any evidence backing their claim.
they had my truck done in under a week and the price was fair for the quality of work and customer service i received. the technician that performed repairs on my truck also answered any questions that i had so it’s always a plus to get to talk to them. i’d bring them any of my vehicles for transmission work and recommend them to anyone looking.”

Just to make sure that the parking sensor on the back bumper was installed right. Come to find out that the needed repairs on the front bumper one that they did not work on. “I want to thank Genesis of Dublin for the excellent service they provided today.
2 days ago, Engine check light came on for my 2023 Genesis GV80. The codes pointed to multiple random misfires in multiple cylinders. It was concerning because it's the main transportation for my small children and I do not want to get stuck on the road. I called our nearest Henesis center on Steven Creek multiple times during business hours and no answers. I then drove my car there and asked for help but was basically told to leave the car there and they will get back to me. Not very helpful at all.
I decided to called Genesis of Dublin which is more than 30 miles away yesterday afternoon. Phone was picked up right away. The scheduling lady was very helpful and understanding. After I explained my situation, she was able to schedule me for early morning today (next day slot).
I brought the car to the center at 7:15am in the morning, greeted by Trisha and after hearing my situation where I'm 30 miles away and have to get back to my children, she pushed for quick diagnostic and I was able to get the full report of the problem an hour later and choices of fixing the issue (wait or come back). Since there was no loaner car available which is understandable, I decided to wait for the car while it was being fixed. The lobby was clean, comfortable and quiet enough for me to work on my computer.
Even though my issues involved replacing injector, fuel pump and multiple gaskets, rings and adapters, by 1:30pm, Trisha came to me with a finished job report and a nicely washed car handed to me by the technician. Off I went with my issue resolved.
Total time: 6 hours accompanied by an excellent service to make my wait worthwhile. Throughout my experience from scheduling the call to being serviced today, I'm impressed by the level of service and customer care that Trisha and the team at Genesis of Dublin have provided to me. Hats of to the service team at Dublin office and this is definitely the model that I would like to see at Genesis service centers. 5 stars!”
“While waiting for my son at school, I decided to stop by Dublin Toyota to pass the time and look at cars. There, I met Mr. Bobby Mesina while searching for a used van to replace my high-mileage vehicle. I knew how challenging it is to find a new Toyota Sienna, even though I see many on the road.
