I was initially excited to receive a phone call for an interview, but my enthusiasm waned when I didn't receive a confirmation email. As someone who values organization, this oversight left me feeling unsettled, raising concerns about the appreciation of my time. Consequently, I've decided to cancel the interview. Improved communication would have been appreciated.

So far a good experience at Aster.? However, there needs to be a way to get residents to slow down in the garage and resolve the noise level from some of the high performance vehicles.

Most unprofessional management staff i’ve ever worked with. They knowingly stole $865 from my refund & still have yet to reverse the charges 2+ months later. I have been calling & emailing & MAYBE get a response days to weeks later. Ari (manager) is literally never at the office nor available & Tammy (finance) is somehow always in a meeting when I stop by. Very disappointed as this is supposed to be a “luxury apartment”, yet the staff is worse than that of a Motel 6. Save yourself the headache & look elsewhere.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice. amenities are okay. On site management team is the worst part, they are not responsive if you need assistance. Would not recommend living here.Edit: they responded to this review but they still haven't responded to the email regarding my current issue. They have proved my point once again. Once you sign the lease they don't care.

Roaches, scammers, and shady people!!! Husband and I lived in this dungeon for two years. One year during thanksgiving break we traveled out of state. We came back to find that our apartment had been flooded from the neighbors on top (Yes! Water was coming down from the ceiling and lights) of us. The apartment let themselves in and set up four generators across our entire apartment, cut into the ceiling, and because of water leakage YES we had severe damage to furniture....... We received no warning from the apartment, no heads up. Best of all they stuck us with the bill for running 4 generators nonstop for a week. We couldn't wait to leave. But before we did we had the love with roaches in the walls, in the trash, and roaming the floors of the apartment at night. This place is disgusting with dirty people. Save the money!

Almost 2 years in this complex and have to give shoutout to maintenance team and specially Marriaon who has always been professional and with can do attitude. Very respectful and has always been able to fix and resolve issues promptly.

Mauricio is great. Any small maintenance, or appliance issue, he is very professional & knowledgeable. He fixes it in a heartbeat and explains what the issue is & what might have caused it. Thank you Mauricio!

We moved in outside work hours on a Saturday and found some issues with the lighting and toilet while inspecting the apartment on Sunday. We promptly put in a work order.Anthony came by Monday morning and fixed the issues in no time. Courteous, fast, and efficient. So far so good!

This may be the worst renting experience I have ever had, the leasing management seems to give you the runaround and doesn't seem to actually want to do any work. We applied for an apartment on Monday and everything seemed to be approved and we were just awaiting property management to approve it on their end. We called multiple times and they told us the leasing person was out and there wasn't anything they could do and to come in Saturday.This is the part that gets fun, we go to the leasing office today to talk to someone in person and were met by Valerie who may be the most combative, standoffish, and unprofessional leasing office person I have ever dealt with. She stood at the front of the door of the leasing office and asked if she could help us and we explained the situation in regard to our application. She stated that we couldn't check out the apartment in person because she have keys to get into the apartment, which doesn't make sense because they use numeric codes for their doors. She also stated that everyone in the office was out due to mother's day weekend, which isn't really a thing. She obviously did not want to be there due to this "holiday weekend", and did not want to assist us in any form.I don't understand how a company thinks that having someone like that as the face of the company and one of the first point of contacts for future residents is a good idea. We have already found another apartment that was much easier to work with and would recommend you stay far far away from this place.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and I can safely say it is not worth it. We pay way too much for a one bedroom apartment that constantly shuts off water, tests the alarms constantly (with barely any notice), a "locked" parking garage that too often is broken down so the gate is wide open, hot tub has been nasty for months, expired permits on the elevators, and trash and dog urine all over the hallways.For the trash in the hallways - we used to take our own trash to the trash chutes (I thought this worked great). But they added on "trash pickup" where you leave your trash bags in the hallway and someone comes and picks them up. This service is not free. When we asked if we could waive this service because we'd rather just take out or own trash they said no! We are 10 feet away from the trash chute, it's ridiculous.People are supposed to leave their trash in bins but they often don't, so there are just smelly/leaking trash bags on the floor in the hallways of our "luxury apartment".We also have a neighbor that smokes (non-smoking apartments) and we've reported them so many times and nothing has happened. We can't even open our windows to enjoy a nice day without the smell.Moral of the story: don't move here. We and other residents have complained many times about these issues to see no resolutions. We are hoping to break our lease. *I do want to shout out the maintenance guy and the cleaning crew - they are very kind and quick when we have a maintenance issue.
