We placed a self pickup order in Dublin location. We were directed to call a number at Lathrop warehouse for self pickup, and we failed to fulfill that purpose since I was offered a wrong number. We drove 3 hours round trip and didn’t pick up anything. We decided to cancel order and that’s when nightmare started, It was a disaster. Staff at Lathrop location gave me a corrected number with which I presented to the manager of Dublin location, and she didn’t recognize this number. Their intra- store communication is poor and customers are taking the fall due to this lack of communication. And I had a pleasant experience with David until I initialized cancellation, it took him 4 days to cancel an order and eventually I needed to talk to his manager to get a refund. And there is no confirmation email for cancellation, nor a breakdown of that refund number, so I will never be able to know how the protection plan is prorated and adjusted accordingly. My suggestion is to finish your purchase within this location if you want to catch a deal. Once your order involves multiple locations, it could end very bad.

Went in store to take a peek but ended up getting a really solid deal online for their pre- black friday discounts. We selected the installation option; Delivery was fast and includes truck tracking - install took less than 5 minutes, the guys were in and out super fast. Top notch service

Bought a couch at the store and William was super helpful and the most patient salesman ever! He really accommodated my concerns and dealt with my indecision like a pro! The selection of furniture was great, and William really helped made a conscious decision about my purchase.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Don't ever purchase furniture from this store . Ashley Furniture is the worst place.. and furniture experience you will ever have! We purchased furniture in Aug and our furniture was not delivered until yes Oct.. yes 2 months after the fact. They also refused to pick up base boards that were incorrectly delivered and not picked up.

Ordered a desk online. I received it on a work day so I waited until Saturday to open the box to assemble it. I planned on being able to sit at my desk and study by this evening. When I opened the box to do inventory, I was missing all screws and hardware, plus over a dozen parts! I have emailed the manufacturer, but at this point a return might be best... how to return such a huge item? That shouldn't be on me. Careless company...

Being first time buyer we were kind of hesitant to shop in stores. But all that went away when Al our sales associate greeted us and asked if we need any help we told him exactly what were were looking for and he directed us to our dream couch. He answered all our questions and explained how the buying/delivery processed worked. We got a great deal and the experience was amazing being a young couple Al treated us with respect and understood the true meaning of customer service.

I helped my mom purchase furniture here and had a great experience. David Han was very helpful and friendly and the manager David helped us with a deal. The furniture hasn’t arrived yet but from a customer service perspective we were very happy.

Leon was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the right King size mattress. He has a great personality and makes purchasing a whole lot of fun. Sondy and David were great as well and made this purchasing process very easy. Thank you team for providing excellent customer service and having patience with me.! Big 5 star experience.

Had great experience with William. Store has good collection of furniture and William was quite helpful in showing us around, going through all options that goes with our setting. The store manager and regional manager were also present in the store; all of the team was accommodating in working with us for final purchase. The 5 star reviews are totally because of the experience we had with William. Thank you !

Andy the sales team member from the Dublin store assisted me with my purchase and he was excellent! He wasn’t pushy, he gave me space to look around while staying close to answer questions. He was awesome when explaining/demonstrating certain functions of furniture! I enjoyed purchasing from Ashley Furniture and would recommend the store to my family/friends.

I've tried for months to get a zipper replaced on a cushion from a $4500 sectional I bought from this store. I even purchased the extra warranty, and both ashley and the warranty dompany said that the zipper was not covered. It had been less than a year since I purchased the sectional. For 5 MONTHS, I went back and forth with sales people, the sales manager, and the store manager. They still had the sectional I purchased for sale. I don't understand why they couldn't have just exchanged my one cushion with one on the floor. These guys only worry about a sale and display no customer service at all. Follow-up is non existent from even the store manager. Once the sale is over, you never hear from these guys again!

Great collection and great staff. We bought a leather recliner sofa + love seat for living room. Staff is very friendly and don't apply any unwanted pressure and give all information needed. Location of this store is very convenient and ample amount of parking available while you shop in this store.
