If I could give a zero star I would give that. I wanted to get a root touch up done. I landed up with someone new and extremely unprofessional. First, I asked for what brand color are they going to use, they didn't clearly tell me and just got the color and applied. The service was below average. I had color all over my fore head and neck. Even if I did this myself I never get that much color all over my skin. I had stains on my ear and even splattered on my hands. I have had services from other places and never have I experienced this low quality experience. While booking the appointment I had asked for the pricing and they had told me its 72 and up. They charged me 130 dollars just for root touch up and I dont have a whole lot of grey. They said the extra is for the blow dry which I was told is included as a part of the service. They didn't explicitly tell me how much they are going to charge me prior and she just ended up billing me 130 which is almost double the price that I had expected for such low quality service. It seemed like someone who had never done hair color before. Sorry to say I will never come back and such a waste of money.

I was a loyal customer for 5 years . I always go to Jeanne. But this time , she was so rude and mad at me. I am a person who is okay with bad work but can't take bad behavior.

My hair has been in desperate need of a haircut (I've been a busy mama of two and just gave birth a few weeks ago) and I wanted to go for a shorter and easy-to-manage hairstyle. Jenny took her time with me & made sure to listen to my wants/needs. She transformed my hair from boring to fabulous and I couldn't be more happy with my hair. I'll definitely be back & to see Jenny again! Thanks Jenny!

Went for blow drying but instead got flat ironed. I had told on phone I want blow dry, , but then I was asked if I want curls, to which I said yes. Didn't know will end up having a flat hair look. Totally disappointed :(

Jenni is great with hair cut, she givesa precise cut, makes sure you are comfortable in her salon.I have been going there for 5 or more years now and highly recommend Allure Salon.

Today, I had my first appointment with Tommy at Allure Hair Salon in Dublin. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted! My hair stylist is switching careers and I had to scramble to find a replacement. I wanted to go to a local place rather than drive elsewhere. Based on positive reviews, I went with Allure and Tommy. He was efficient, expert and precise with his cut. He's been doing this for 25 years. Beyond that, the price was quite reasonable and the salon was nice enough. It's not fancy, but I prefer a great cut and a good value. Thank you!

I was loyal customer for 5 years. Recently I have noticed their customers service has dropped immensely. I have done Balayage few times which was ok. The last time I did was not done properly which cost $480+tip so I went again to fix it. It took 30mins Max (just the color fix, NO hair wash or blow dry) Which I think they did NOT like it. So now they have a note/red flag on my account as per someone who assisted me - and every time I try to get an appointment they avoid me, put me on hold and when I went in person to get an appointment they tried to give it to me after 3 months which is totally bullish**. Well the loss is theirs. I wish the manager will look into this and provide better experience for other customers. Customer service rating 1 star :( Service rating 3 stars

I can’t believe how shot my hair was cut when I physically showed the stylist how much I wanted cut. I asked for no more than 2 1/2 inches, ended up losing 5-6 inches.My hair was down to my butt and it’s now barely below my shoulders. I cried sitting in that chair. If I can take way stars, I would.

When I called to schedule my root touch up, I was told it would cost $65. I wasn't told that they'll automatically charge and do a $35 styled blow dry. After my dye was done, I wasn't asked if I wanted my hair styled. I said just blow dry it in the easiest way possible, but the lady proceeded to do a styled hair dry. Then I was charged $100 for my appointment. Poor business practice!

Wish could give zero rating. Utter disappointment getting the haircut done. Went for the first time here after all the reviews and what a waste of time, energy, money and on the top worst haircut. The person had no idea what to do and seemed disinterested throughout. No finesse, no layers just random hair cut. When I asked him don't you put hair-clips for tucking hairs, he was like what do you mean. Why did I even visit here. I wanted appointment with Loan but I believe they don't seem attracting new clients as I moved here recently. The person fixing appointment on phone was not ready to give appointments for whoever I asked for. Will be asking all my friends and family not to visit this place. Never ever visiting back.

They do such an outstanding job. I have been getting my haircut here for almost a decade and every time I leave, I feel wonderful because Loan has transformed my hair into something beautiful. I encourage you to try Allure if you haven't yet, because you will not regret it!
