We were recommended to this shop by a client of ours. I'd like to commend Russell for A-1 service. Customer service was exceptional. The job we thought was major. It was a rattling noise in the undercarriage. Russell said he'd examine the car and call us with an a diagnosis and estimate. We left the car with him. After 30 minutes he called back and told us it was just a loose nut in the right sway arm. I simply tightened it back up and gave us the car back.I write this because we easily could've been ripped off. We have been in the past. He told us exactly what it was. Showed us and asked if the car had been worked on in the past. As said, He tightened the bolt charged us a minimal fee and gave us the car back.Most garages (including local dealerships) may find a way to gouge more $ from you and make up a false job. Seen it more than a dozen times.Rest assured you can trust your car w/ Russell and his team. They service both foreign and domestic vehicles.

They can diagnose any problems you have with your auto problems. I was about to junk my RAV4 when they figured out two things that were causing the issues. They were very very reasonable with the charges and they go above and beyond, these are reasons why I have been going to them for 6 yrs.Services: Electrical repair

Tony is a super star!!!I had an engine light issue with evac which I paid $500 at other shop for diag, labor, and parts but it did not get fixed even after replacing the expensive part that they thought would be the problem and they closed their business.I came to Advantage today and Tony just fixed it by root causing clear reason on spot (clearing blockage without any part replacement) with clear explanation and transparency. Just moved into this area and was looking for a auto shop that I can trust and make my primary and I got lucky at one shot. This is the shop!!!

The people that work here are amazing. We bring all three of our vehicles to this location. #1: Amazing customer service, and extremely friendly. #2: They explain everything in detail from where the exact problem is located/ noise in where it's coming from, and providing you the overall fix solution. #3: Their prices are much cheaper than traditional car dealership mechanics. IE: hourly rates to work on your car are much cheaper. #4: They provide warranties on their work #5: Out of our three cars we have not ever had to return a car for the same problem. I highly recommend these mechanics to anyone who does not want to get ripped off at the dealership.

My car's AC was not working and I took it to Advantage Automotive. Nick and Tony are extremely helpful. They are responsive, honest and professional. I brought my car to the shop Monday afternoon and I got it back on Tuesday! Nick went through all the details before I arrived, so I was aware of all the tests they performed and corresponding costs. No surprise, no hidden charges, just great work! Highly recommended!

No knowledge of vehicles operatoring systems. Employees aren't licensed and don't know how to start hybrid vehicles.I don't recommend.

Brought my car here. They deleted my dash cam footage two times. If you are a person of color PLEASE STAY AWAy. If you read the reviews the two people that laugh at the comments of the one stars are the mechanics. Hi Tony!

I had to change my brake rotor and Pads on my Dodge Durango. Nick was absolutely awesome and walked me through the entire process explaining every step in detail and giving me options to solve the problem. I wanted to upgrade the part that was installed which he was willing to do with no complaints. I would definitely put them at the top of my list for any auto work i need.
