Made my order then 4 days later I get a message saying the price is more than what I already paid then asked for another $125 or to cancel my order, this is the worst kind of business practice. I've been buying bulk electronics parts for 10 years I've never had this happen once this place is run by a jackass obviously.

great local business! always go to them when i need cables and connectors or anything audio related, plus their prices are hard to beat! their will call is amazing and my items are usually ready fast af. The staff is also very helpful and judy was able to have my order ready promptly! will continue to use these guys in the future

Buyer Beware! Price gouging! False advertising!Awful customer service! Example: Website will list one thing, you’ll make an order then they’ll contact you informing you that they can’t grant you that price despite what the website says and try to only fulfill 1/10th of your order or ask you to pay 5-10x the price listed.Buyer beware.

Awful customer service. Lady on the phone Judi Lomas was rude, impatient and with an attitude....couldn't provide me with a simple answer to my inquiries and doesn't seem to know anything about electronic products. Avoid this place at all costs....scrolling down the reviews I saw this same lady's name in many kf them. Seems like they haven't got a clue about properly running a business and good customer service. Good riddance if they close doen.

Seller shipped wrong item purchased on Amazon and charged restocking fee when item was returned, seller calming they shipped correct item. Item ordered was model 150-VW for $1,100, on the pictures you can clearly see item arrived 150-HD, which is $419. Dishonest people. Buy at your own risk.

Ordered Electrical belt L size and received XL size. Now I have to go through all returning trouble and waste my time and the belt was very important to me.Very unprofessional service.
