do not bring your car here! complete scammers, were going to charge me 1300 for a transmission part left my car there all day did not even work on it and said they didn't realize they had to work on it that day, picked up my car took it to another mechanic and they fixed it in a few hours and charged me a couple hundred. beware of these people!

The owner was really nice and friendly. The only downside was I felt catfished when looking at the car. It was not the same as the photos posted on Facebook marketplace. They said there were no mechanical issues but when you turn the car on immediately you see the tire pressure show up on the dash. The mileage was way higher than what was advertised. When we took the car for a test drive the thermostat popped up from it overheating. The inside of the car was dirty and an empty water bottle on the passenger side was left in the car. The console was left with dirty coins. If you’re selling a car to people you should consider the physical appearance of the car also.

Quick and honest service, car delivered before expected time and they did a thorough inspection and sent a report- not pushy at all unlike the Mercedes dealerships

Positive experience! I was concerned about my Honda Civics making loud noise and they quickly take a look and fixed it in few hours. They were also pretty fair on pricing. I will definitely keep taking my car for service moving forward.

I bought a Mini and had the BEST experience. I looked at *many* cars with my mechanic. This car was in mint condition and they had fixed all issues it had prior to putting it up for sale. Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions. So easy and pleasant to work with. Couldn't more highly recommend them!! Will have them servicing my cars moving forward!!

Bought a Mini here after looking at *many* cars with my mechanic. The car was in amazing condition. They had fixed all of the issues with the car prior to putting it up for sale. I can not more highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. Happily answered all of my questions. Will have them handling all of my car servicing moving forward!!

Extremely happy with the service and overall professionalism of Workstatt! Brought my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta in Saturday morning with some major issues. The crew at Workstatt had it running like new the same day. Galvani is trustworthy and will not overprice for unnecessary procedures.

The best service and professional staff. I've gone to other shops in Duarte and Monrovia and this one is the best. There chief mechanic Galvani is detailed and just great as a mechanic. Pete the customer service person, is awesome. I highly recommend Workstatt.

From their boss, Pete to the customer service rep, Junior and my new friend, Blain, are fantastic guys.They are very thorough when running diagnostics on vehicles and experts in vehicle repairs. They use genuine vehicle replacement parts. Though quite pricey, but worth the price.My vehicle runs smoother now after they used their “magic hands” on it.I’ll definitely recommend them.

The staff here are so friendly and nice. I've been struggling to find a trusted mechanic and my gf recommended this shop. I decided to try it out and the owner was so nice! My car was serviced and it drives / feels brand new. I'm happy I found a new trusted mechanic! Will be back soon!

Look no further, you've found you're next shop. If you own a BMW, you know the love/hate relationship. I had no idea what was going on I just knew it wasn't running right. Thanks to Christian and the crew here at Workstatt, I had a diagnostic list within 24 hours. I was speechless when I saw how much it was going to cost me because it was sooo much cheaper than I anticipated once I knew what was going on. Had the car back in less than a week, and currently cruising the freeways of Cali thanks to Workstatt!
