Dishonest, literally came to our house and tried to sell us on every possible upcharge. In their disparity to grab cash they botched the set up. Now the device is not working and they are nowhere to be found. Focus on service and stop going for the cash grab. At Verizon you pay more and get less.

This young man asked me to make an appointment with a empty store..ok I returned next month to adjust my plan details. Same young man says that can only be done online.ok what are you doing to earn your paycheck? . T-Mobile has been very helpful to buy my contacts and savings 60$ monthly. Thanks lazy guy for making me change my carrier

Congratulations to Rafael, a Verizon worker at the Duarte store yesterday Sunday, who helped me for almost 2 hours with my problem, very kind, very patient and courteous, with his effort he was able to solve it in a few days, I recommend that store, well, if he is there I assure you that you will leave happy and satisfied...thanks Rafael

Awesome experience! Came in Thursday at lunch and was helped by Scott. Plenty of parking and store is a good size, but only half the space is being utilized...hardly any seating and limited displays. I wanted to add a line and he quickly got me the phone and account updated. Very easy going guy and I was in and out in like 20min. I will come back!

I cannot say enough good things about Carlos (as well as Alicia) at the Duarte Verizon store. I went there to turn in my old iPhone and upgrade to the newest model, and was dreading the process due to bad experiences in the past at other Verizon retailers. Out of sheer convenience I went to the Duarte store and was immediately greeted by Carlos who politely assisted me in selecting my new phone, patiently answering all my questions. Because I selected the newest iPhone just released, Carlos placed an order for my new phone, informing me of its estimated arrival date. At the expected time, Carlos promptly contacted me to let me know my new phone was in, and I returned to pick it up and go through the transfer process. When I arrived both Carlos and Alicia were there assisting other customers, but they both immediately acknowledged me when I entered and told me they'd help me as soon as possible. A few minutes later, Alicia located my order and began assisting me with the set up of my new phone, all while answering incoming calls to the store and greeting new customers that came in. As we all know, the set-up and data transfer process can take a while, so I stepped out for a bit and returned when the process was almost done. At this point, Carlos stepped in and quickly finished up the final details of my transaction. I must say, during my visit there was a steady stream of customers coming into the store, and at one point I counted 5 people waiting to be assisted. Carlos and Alicia always greeted each new customer, while professionally conducting their work with their existing customers (Note to Verizon General Mgr: maybe a review of staffing is necessary?). Even at the busiest moments they both were very gracious and professional with each customer, and they also stepped in and helped each other out, making a great team. I learned that while I was there one of them should've taken a lunch break, but due to the constant flow of customers neither of them ever left. Great job, Carlos and Alicia! Very impressed with your work ethic...a rare thing these days!

Sign said they would be back at 1 they came to the door after standing around outside for 15 minutes waiting and said they won’t open until 2. Not the first time. Zero ability to be on time.

Customer service awful! I rushed to get there and got there 30 minutes before they closed. Only one employee working and they were on the phone on speaker and no other customer in the store. She sets the phone down, keeping the speaker on asking what she can help me with and told her about a new phone I just got and she said she couldn't help me because they close at 7. Offered me sometime the next day, but lady, you didn't care. I can hear it in your voice you just wanted to close the store and go. Thanks for nothing!

I should have read the other reviews before going to this store. Basically, I was treated rudely and the representative was also condescending towards me. I quickly left after I realized I was not welcome. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this store - I'm surprised they can stay open treating people this way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had gave my daughter my old phone when I up graded mine. Stopped at store because her info was not transferred. They then told me it would be $25 because I did not buy the phone there. Seriously it's one cable... go to corporate Verizon stores Montebello or Covina, these franchise are rip offs .

Everyone was just so patient with my 76 year old mom who is not very techie and she wanted the latest Samsung flip phone. They’ve made time to teach my mom how to use the new phone.

The level of incompetence at this place is unbelievable. First, this location wasted an hour of our time before telling us that due to an inventory glitch, they couldn't sell us a phone. Then, they failed to cancel the order, even when we called and asked them to, so that we couldn't go anywhere else to buy a phone, despite multiple calls to Verizon corporate. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
