My husband needed a new car and he was just too busy with work to do the research on what cars would best suit his needs. So I went out to scout every dealership in the city. I bet I went to 12 dealerships before I narrowed it down to 3 to take my husband back to. I told each place I was just looking and will bring my husband back when the time was right. All but one dealership called me two to three times a day and hounded me nonstop, but not Universal Mitsubishi! They were so respectful and kind and did not bug me by calling me everyday. I went in and met the most wonderful and sweet Sales Associate named Saul. I loved him. He was not pushy and really took time to show me their inventory and didn't bug me and call me nonstop until I brought my husband back. I took my husband back a few days later and he test drove the Outlander which he really liked but he also loved another car at another place too. We went back to the other place and just didn't get the customer service like we did at Universal Mitsubishi. We had to get a car pretty quickly so we went back again and Saul was with a customer so he introduced us to Ivan to help us that day and he was just as kind and sweet. Loved him too. He went over all the interior features of the car with my husband. We didn't buy that day but went back a couple days later and purchased the car. Bobby and Carlos were great too! The whole team at this dealership should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. I do hope their service department will live up to the sales department when time for service. I would highly recommend buying from them!

This dealership adds markup on their vehicles and absolutely refuses to remove it when offering to pay regular full MSRP. Do not *EVER* pay markup on a new vehicle. They are ripping you off. This dealership increases the prices higher than Mitsubishi recommends they sell at and are putting it in their pockets. Bad business, dealerships like these will suffer in the coming months when the economy tanks. If you pay markup on a vehicle, you are throwing your money down the toilet.

Carlos de la Luz is the worst sales person I have ever come across. He is extremely disrespectful, racist and unprofessional! Do not allow him to help you if you ever visit their location. I am extremely disappointed that a business would allow an employee to treat customers in such a disgusting matter!

Universal Mitsubishi's service department is attentive, professional, great customer service and they offer the best original parts and prices for your vehicle. Paul is knowledgeable & will tell you exactly what you need for your car to be in a safe condition and at peak performance level. Thank you all for your great service and amazing experience. The cozy & cold lounge area with free water and coffee while you wait is a plus. Bring your vehicles here for service without a doubt.

I had a great experience! Paul the Service Mgr met me at my car when I pulled into the facility. He remembered our phone conversation the day prior which I appreciated. My car issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The lady at the front desk was also very kind! Awesome customer service! I will be coming back when my car is in need of service!

This month I purchased my third vehicle with them. First one was a lease, second a buy and now this third a buy. The only reason why I traded in the last one was so I didn't go upside down with the mileage. Anyway, they're always reliable, friendly and will go the mile to get you the deal you either want or comfortable with. I recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My Mitsubishi Evolution x needed the AWD hydraulic pump replaced, to update software to turn off 4wd system required maintenance light. Dealerships also more expensive but I had other priorities and they did offer 12 mo warranty that independent ships don't. Also the Evo MR was very hard to find stock condition so it's worth it. Paul I'm service was. He kept me with status and things got done as expected. He assisted with the tow truck delivery and pickup so I didn't have to go in person. He's very pleasant to work with.

Arman has been my Service Writer for over a decade now. I consider Universal my Family. Arman always works with me, with not only knowledge, but with patience. He approaches service strategically. He does this, because he takes the time to know you personally. When contributing minds are needed, the other Service Writers are ALWAYS there to offer their wisdom. You will ALWAYS be taken care of at Universal.

Called to inquire purchasing a $70k used car and the sales manager Carlos talked me like I was dumb. He was rude unprofessional and told me if I don't like it I can buy the car somewhere else. I simply wanted a purchase order to let my credit union cut a check to purchase the vehicle. I would not recommend buying a car here after horrible customer experience. As a business owner and sales professional I will never give my business too " universal Mitsubishi" and I will gladly spend my $70k somewhere else. My recommendation is for them to get a new sales manager since Carlos customer service skills are lacking and unprofessional.

I had an extremely rough day with my car and had gone to a different locksmith before. Who scammed me out of my money. Armen here at this Mitsubishi dealership was amazing and helped me feel relived and easily solved the issue in 20 minutes when no one else could. He went above and beyond to help me get the services I need at the best possible rates. He really is the best here. Everyone is super friendly and helped me to the T
