Target shopping is always a delight! From their wide selection of products to their clean and organized stores, it's a go-to destination for all my shopping needs. Whether I'm browsing for household essentials, clothing, or groceries, Target never disappoints with its affordable prices and high-quality items.However, one area where Target could improve is in the integration of customer service with CVS personnel. On occasion, interactions with CVS staff within Target stores have been less than satisfactory due to their perceived rudeness. It would enhance the overall shopping experience if Target could ensure consistent and friendly customer service standards across all departments.

I really dislike coming into this Target now. It was great until they stopped utilizing their self checkout. This morning, 10 people in line and 1 cashier. It's great to have people working but make sure you have enough cashiers working. All other Targets have self checkout open except this one. They only open it here when it gets crazy busy. I'll go to another location or only use curbside here.

One of the worst Target stores I've ever shopped at! The store layout is very disorganized. There's usually only 2 regular cash registers open, which means long lines--self check out has been limited to 10 items or less. The staff working the regular lanes operate at an unbelievably slow pace. Drive-Up/grocery pickup is extremely inefficient at this store. It does not save me any time, as I usually ended up waiting 20min or more for my items. Additionally, I would occasionally like to use the electric scooter shopping cart option, as I have several invisible illnesses and deal severe chronic pain (often exacerbated by standing and shopping for more than 5min). However, I have not been able to locate a single electric scooter. The store is overall lacking in ADA accommodations--narrow aisles, staff or other guests abandoning carts in walkways, aisles, etc. Pharmacy staff is typically very rude as well. Overall, my experiences at this store have been consistent and frustrating. Avoid if you need ADA accommodations. ***The one bright spot at this store is a staff member named Lindsey, she's always been very kind and helpful.***

Compared to the East Pasadena and the West Covina locations, this store is smaller and thus has a smaller selection. They still manage to stock my favorite salads in the produce section. The shelves are well stocked and store displays always appear organized and clean. Shout out to the loss-prevention guy for thwarting a smash-and-grab robbery on the night of Jan 12. As the thief tried to escape, she punched the poor employee in the face but he took the punishment like a champ. Too bad Target employees aren't allowed to fight back when thieves turn violent.

Been coming to the target for many many years and I spend about $300-$500 at target a month whether it be clothing cleaning supplies or groceries you name it I use this target for everything BUT for the last year I've noticed that they are profiling me and STALKING me every time I enter the store. I am a Latina 30 year old woman,for the life of me. I cannot imagine why every time I'm here within two minutes I have somebody following me down every aisle. They watch me purchase my items and every time I exit they have three security guard standing there, making sure I walk out with the receipt. It's so disgusting that you are profiling LOYAL customers that spend so much money monthly. I'm going to start video recording my experiences and lawyering up because I am so sick and tired of THE PROFILING and I am disgusted by how these employees act. It's been over 15 times now that they do this to me I started going to Walmart they don't profile you there or follow you around.

It was crazy! Not a great idea shopping at Target on the Saturday night before Christmas Packed with people and check out lines with 30 plus people in each line. Even though it was fun to search for gifts for each other, while people watching.

I noticed people that work here are very rude. One person that worked there driving his cart almost hit me cause he didn't see me but didn't say sorry or anything. Definitely not coming back here

In all the years and all the holidays I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in line. Poor management and poor scheduling 11/4/23. Two lanes for 20 customers on a Saturday night is not acceptable. Get it together Target Duarte!

If you order online, use the option where they bring your order to your car, instead of in store pick up!!!! Staffing issues at customer service counter.

My husband and I are here at least once a week. Never a problem. Today someone that works here named Jeffrey puts a large return cart right in front of me so I can't leave the aisle. My husband moves it out of the way and said it me, people don't give a damn. He overheard and yells at us, anger issues? I heard what you said. He's aggressive and inappropriate. We went back to get his name and told my husband he sees him here every week. What does that? A threat? We reported to a manager but let's see what happens.
