Super rude customer service from denis, he was so snobby and just gave nastiest facial expressions when I was being super polite and asked a couple questions, then proceeded to not want to help me

The customer service at this store is horrible, the room is full of customers and the managers just stay in the back doing who knows what. There are seven customers waiting well only two associates are working with two other customers. If you can avoid this I would do it . They come out and say someone will be with you shortly after 45 minutes.

Store manager George R. was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to help us set up some of the benefits of being with T-Mobile. I would recommend going to this store for all your phone needs.

Poor customer service by Ivan. I came to this store with my elderly great grandmother and he was very Inattentive and unhelpful. We basically waited for 15 mins and he just told us to call customer service for help and walked way.

Every single time I go there..I'm waiting a long time. Patiently. There is usually one sometimes 2 workers that seem occupied...As soon as they finish with who they are helping more people walk out from the back and then ask me of I need help.Multiple times this has happened.To then.... when they help me...they ask all my information and for some reason their server is down.What a coincidence.My family and friends also have had not so good experiences.Seems like they are "always falling short" with their service.

Wait time is ridiculous.waited 1 hour to talk to one of the 2 employees who then directed me to a corporate phone number because he didn't want to fix my problem.went to Arcadia store and go things straightened out in 10 mins

Ivan is very helful. He helped me solve the double charge problem for my first month usage of T-mobile. Hope I could get my money back soon as the customer service staff promised on the phone. Really appreciate!

I’m tired of being taken advantage for paying for a service they can’t provide. Just spent 45 minutes on the phone filing a complaint against this location. I’m sure it’s a common practice because all their trained to do is generate sales rather than making a customer whole and validated for the service/products we pay for. All consumers have rights!!! Practice them people let your voice be herd don’t let these big companies take your money and not give you the service you deserve… we’re all just a number and so is TMobile - choose wisely where you want to throw your money away to

Went in to get a replacement for my flip phone ( screen cracked in middle ). I have insurance and had to replace once already. One of the workers there said they cannot help me because I had it replaced already. Unknown that I get 2 replacements a year. I missed out on getting my phone replaced instead of having to buy a new phone. Avoid this location.

Brian (and Ian) was amazingly helpful. The store really cares about their customers. Brian provided such incredible customer service during a complex carrier switch (to T-Mobile), added a great new phone and helped with a plan change. He was calm, organized and really made us feel confident in our decision to switch to T-Mobile. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing customer focused experience. We highly recommend swinging by the Duate T-Mobile and asking for Brian or Ian!!!
