I met Thomas. He is nice and cordial. I told him I needed a motor for my car for my Toyota. He asked what type and had a few in stock in different conditions. I chose the so so condition because I want to rebuild it as well.

Don't sell your car to this place. The owner asked you on the phone what car you have but don't come and look at the car and once he tell his man to pick it up he change his price and says he mistakes the car name and lower his price. He don't transfer the title to his Auto store and tell you he will help you at first. You need to make sure you to asked to transfer before you sell it to him and make it clear. He promises you a lot at first then later trick you. He then act rude and mean to you and give you a hard time not wanting to transfer the title for tax purpose and will not sign the paper to transfer. Be careful if you a girl selling your car to him. He a very dishonest man. Thomas is his name and he the owner of Silver Star Auto Wrecking.

After calling everywhere looking for a window and both front leather seats for my Lexus ES, I was about to give up and was told by another salvage yard to call Silver Star. Sure enough, they had everything I was looking for and at a great price ($200 for everything!). They were super friendly and would highly recommend checking with them if you need parts for you import.

Fantastic Junk yard for spare parts. I was able to get a replacement passenger side fender for my 2017 Civic. Tom at the salvage yard was very nice and he was able to find the part for me a day in advance. If you are looking for later year car parts for your Honda/Acura/Toyota this is the place to go. There were no other salvage yards that could fulfill my part request.
