It was in a good way,a fast and easy process. I was changing banks switched from CHASE to this credit union, I was expecting it to be packed more than a traditional bank but it wasn’t nothing at all. The staff was great :)

SCEFCU has gone downhill recently. I didn't want to believe it until I had my card cancelled for fraud (a good thing), and subsequently my fraud insurance claim denied, and I wasn't allowed to appeal because they never sent me the correct paperwork. They identified it as fraud! How can they reject the claim! $600 gone...

I went into the Duarte branch to open new checking and savings accounts. Everything was quick and easy. Jessica was able to answer all my questions and handled everything with grace. I felt well taken care of.
