My car stalled in the middle of the road and didn't know what was wrong. AAA said it was the starter. I had my car towed to Reliable Auto Center on a Saturday morning and they fixed it! On a same day. ! It was not the starter, it was the part where you put the key in the ignition. My car is 26 years old and I don't have money to buy a used or a new car at this time. It's been about 3 weeks since it got fixed and it's still running great!! Thank you for fixing my car!!

As their name says, its a reliable place to get your vehicle repaired or maintained. They fit me in their schedule to help me out of a bind. Adam, Jeff and Rudy do a great job.

Jeff (owner) is a nice guy, my car had a brake problem, he fixed it, few days later still had an issue so I took it back and he fixed it with no charge very communicative. I felt like he really was trying to help me instead of just getting business

Very expensive guesswork! Don't let the guy's friendliness fool you into thinking you're dealing with a great mechanic. It took me three visits and over $500 to realize that this guy was just taking wild guesses to fix my car's problem. The tune-up that was supposed to fix the car once and for all resulted in an emergency stop at Jiffy Lube when the car started leaking oil because he failed to put the filter on properly. I finally took it to the dealership where they actually diagnosed the problem and fixed it once and for all.

I highly recommend this shop for anyone living close enough. I did not actually use their services but that is why the 5 star review. I had a problem that was not going to be easy diagnose. it was electrical. They were very honest and told me they could not help because of my particular circumstance. Grade A top notch mechanic that will tell you up front if they can help or not. Problem has been fixed and I'm sure this shop could have figured it out but was very honest in not wanting to go down a worm hole. Anyone in this area should check this shop out.

This is the place. We all know an honest mechanic is very valuable. I have a 2005 model car so repairs are inevitable. Each time I brought my car in they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. One time I needed shocks. The ones installed didn't feel right, so they replaced them at no cost to me. I have total confidence in their machanical expertise. I live 3 miles from the shop and they took me home. I think Jeff runs the show. He and his son Adam are fine people. Jeff bought my car to give to a single mother whose car conked out. People helping people. They are a great asset to the Duarte community.

I was checking for the nearest place that had a battery replacement for my car, and I also needed an oil change and service B. I told him I was in no rush and to please take his time. I received a call the next day saying that he was unable to perform service B, he put in a battery and said he did an oil change. Well after I left there I went to the Mercedes mechanic I usually use and to no surprise he said the oil was dirty and the filter not changed. I was ripped off. Never again.

I just can't get over how honest and sincere, Jeff Abulashim, owner of Reliable Auto Center. Their Car engineers and technicians, Alex and Rudy, treated me, an elderly, with respect and dignity. Though it's my first time to come ask them for help, they attended to my car issues immediately. I will surely recommend Reliable Auto Center to my friends and family. As their name replies, they are truly honest and RELIABLE.
