“I am mind blown at the kindness I received today at this Post office. Thank you so much lady for helping me reduce the size of my package to save a few dollars. I’m trying to save for a road trip with my family and have been unfortunate to all of the sudden need car repairs as well as a dental procedure due within weeks of my trip I’ve been trying to save for that I will now have little to bring on the trip since these pressing circumstances are very costly. Every little bit of money helps. Thank you thank you ?”

“Besides being open on a Saturday for passport application processing, which was a great option, the staff is very knowledgeable about all the verification stuff, polite and attentive. The passport was for my 16-year-old daughter and Delia made sure we had all the stuff required to complete the application. I suggest you ask for Delia because she's on it! Although we live in Pasadena, it was definitely worth the drive. Keep up the good work!”

“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”

“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”

“Wonderful service from Javier, who helped me with a large number of packages. I've had multiple great experiences with Charles as well. I tried to leave an internal review, but the QR code on my receipt isn't working. I'd leave a great review there as well.”

“The friendly staff at this USPS location are always going the extra mile to provide top-notch, patient, and kind customer service to me and others. There’s also a self-service kiosk that’s 24hours, and a small indoor package drop to help speed up simple transactions.”

“My go too post office because I live locally. Lines are not bad, if there is one at all. All of the clerks are super nice, friendly, and most importantly, helpful. Thank you always for the service. Peace”

“The staff at most post offices near the city are always angry and unfriendly, but here is different.
Especially Miss Lupe and Mr Lopez are always kind and smiley.

They are professionals.
Even when they're really busy, they always do things like professionals.

They are much more than -good-.”

“It sucks I see reviews here that have to do with people being mad that they have no consideration of time when they show up to do a lengthy transaction like a passport "2" mins before passport transactions end. That of course is if the person even had 2 minutes to begin with. Using reviews to blame people for our own irresponsibility is just sad. That being said, I went in today to ship a package and the front office people were super helpful. I felt guilty for being one of those people who waited till the last minute to ship a xmas item. The cashier was very informative and pleasant.”

“Everyday there are no long lines like other post offices near by. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer this location over all others. Not sure what the other people are talking about with their reviews.. 5 STAR'S from me.”

“Edit : 7/8/24
Today I got service from Nam, he was just awesome. He helped me alot! Always I'm getting great service from here.

-----
Here Ms.Tawarn gave me phenomenal service. This morning I sent a courier to India on a regular post but after I left from here, I changed my plan and I came back after an hour, then I requested for a change in sending that courier from regular to priority. With a smiling face Ms.Tawarn made a lot of effort to make the change, She found my courier which was already scheduled for sending and she made all the procedures to send that as a priority mail. I always get good service from this Post Office. But Ms. Tawan is a Gem of a person. Such employees are always a great asset to the company as well as to the society.
Thank you TAWARN!”

“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”

“I notice often only the angry people write reviews. I have a PO Box here so I am here every week for the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Shoutout to Karen and Jimilla for always providing great service. Folks, I hope that if this is your neighborhood post office and you had a great experience, that you write a review to support. There are good, honest people at this usps branch.”

“Buying postage stamps in person...Did you ever leave a business and think:"I should have bought _____."That's what happened after I left Sierra Madre's Post Office. As I was driving to my next destination, I thought that I should have purchased more stamps. Just then, I saw this post office in Arcadia and made a quick left into the driveway - after the post office - because there was a van coming out of the driveway closest to the post office. Turns out that what I did was correct. The driveway closest to the post office is one-way out only.I read the reviews about the older Asian female worker. She was scolding the customer in front of me. Oh wow. When it was my turn, I wondered if she was going to yell at me for paying in coins. Haha!I took a chance and unloaded what felt like five pounds worth of nickels, dimes, and quarters! It's good to put them back into circulation, right? ... because two international stamps are only $2.90 right now. It's a great time to use coins as payment for this small amount of currency!I thought I counted correctly, but all she said was, "You need ten more cents."That was my cue to give her ten pennies... LOL!Anyway, that's my way of risk-taking. I'll play it safe the rest of the day... Hopefully...”
