This is the best pharmacy ever! The pharmacist, Dr. Hossam and the pharmacy technician Ed went above and beyond to get me my much needed medications very fast. They are also very kind, Caring and courteous and make you feel welcome.

This is one of the most unprofessional and disorganized pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. My prescription was transferred to them without notice from my primary pharmacy, and upon contacting them, was told to have my doctor send my prescription to them directly and they would give me a call to let me know when it was received and ready for pickup. After two days of no contact, I followed up with them directly and was put on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to find my prescription to no avail. They then asked me to contact my doctor to have it resent, which was done shortly thereafter. I again had to follow up with the Pharmacy and spoke to Isabella directly, who told me she was the owner. She explained that they were closing for the day and to come in to pick up the medication the following day between 12 and 2. Upon arrival I was told they could not find my prescription. After about 15 minutes of frantically looking, they told me they would not fill my order because they wanted to speak with my doctor to confirm she indeed prescribed me the medication and to pick the prescription up on Monday. After calling back Monday, Isabella then informed me that they were not licensed to sell that type of medication and they had transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes, until I was then told, "actually we cant transfer prescriptions, and we are not liscenced to sell your medication so find a different pharmacy". I spoke with Mike and Isabella Dather, the supposed owners who were rude and frankly hostile at every point of this inconvenience. It seems like they are a newer company who are having trouble getting their ducks in a row and would advise everyone steer clear, as their prices are more expensive, they do not communicate with their customers, and are extremely rude. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible. Despicable.

This is by far the best pharmacy I've visited in Southern California. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but they are extremely friendly. Ownership is always present and involved with their patients, and you always feel like you are a VIP when you walk through the door. This pharmacy gives you that nostalgic feeling of your neighborhood pharmacy where everyone knows your name and you know there's. I would recommended Pax 10/10 times and they will always have my families business for life.

Pax Pharmacy in Santa Teresita medical center is the bomb! They are professional, kind and personal. They go the extra step in customer service, so dealing with them is always a pleasure.

Best customer service ever! The independent pharmacy made every effort to order and deliver needed medical equipment to the City of Hope Hotel. They went out of their way to confirm it was delivered and made it possible to care for my husband while he is in treatment. Very pleased!

My husband has been receiving treatment at City of Hope since last year and we have been using PAX pharmacy. While staying in the area the delivered his medication to us and always in a timely and professional way. Since we've been home they continue to refill his prescriptions and mail them to us always on the same day. We highly recommend them and so thankful for their service.
