Went to this dealership to sell my car based on the big sign they have advertising they’ll give you the best purchase price that any other dealer, I accept the offer they gave me signed papers and left the car, left dealership thinking the car was sold removed insurance and didn’t make payments on it , 10 days later received a call saying to go pick up my car because they’re not interested in buying it anymore because it didn’t pass their safety inspection this is a 2020 with only 24000 miles with previous inspection done in original dealer and no issues found, I asked the dealership for the safety report and it was denied , this dealership is so unprofessional and honestly I think this is not even legal what they’re doing. Don’t buy or sell your car in this dealership.

This dealership is closed for business. I called for a service quote, no one answered. I thought they were just extremely busy so I visited without an appointment, turns out it's CLOSED!!

An absolutely amazing car buying experience! I specifically came to Duarte Nissan because I remember how well they treated a friend of mine when she came to buy her Nissan Xplorer back in 2003.
I hate to say it, I won’t name locations, but both places that were considered “Top” Nissan dealerships that I went into asking about a Nissan Rouge, the sales persons immediately pressuring and asking me questions, that quite frankly, were not of their business at that point in time. This is when I remember how the representatives of Duarte Nissan treated my friend, and I drove 50 miles from where I live ti deal with them.
Now, I had my appointment for the last hour before they closed and I realized that I was going in late. I called them up and they said: “No Problem, we’ll wait for you”. Well I was coming in from Ojai, and, sure enough, “Murphy’s Law” rained on me: I was with a client who was running late, had to stop to put gas, and to top it off, an accident on the 135 freeway,. It is 9pm, 2 hours after they closed, and they are here taking care of me. I am driving out with a new Nissan Rouge!!!
Oh, and did I forget to mention that there was absolutely no pressure on the sales side from Amada? Well let me tell you that everything was so easy and relaxed that the deal happened organically.

I go to this dealership because of Felipe. He is awesome! I appreciate his help so much. He’s kind and understanding and doesn’t intimidate. He should be running his own dealership.
