I would give them zero stars if possible. They did not show up with the correct truck, equipment, or the correct number of movers. These mistakes made them very late and then they charged us for their lateness. I will never use them again.

Nikita Maskimenko chooses to ignore some issues he has with me and the court i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. He damages the packages and does not handle with care. i tried to call to reach him but he was rude and very unprofessional. He is a bad man to do business with.

DO NOT USE - MURAWAY MOVING IS A SCAM!!
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. When I initially booked with them back in December, I spoke with Mason and I was guaranteed a delivery date of December 29th - January 1st. My items didn't arrive until January 23rd. Apparently, they bring all of their moves to a warehouse in California to be staged and then it's shipped out to the actual move location (this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking). The majority of my furniture pieces were damaged, as well as my cardboard boxes looking like they were kicked all the way from Arizona to Florida. They were completed smashed, ripped open and clearly traveled upside down, even with FRAGILE written all over the boxes. I accurately described my items and sizes prior to pickup (between 600-700 cubic feet), however, at pickup, they argued that I had 984.5 cubic feet (nearly 300 more cubic feet than expected). When the truck arrived in Florida, I photographed, measured and documented every single thing that came off of that truck and cross referenced the sheet the movers provided me . I even rounded quarter inch measurements. The TOTAL amount of cubic feet that was actually moved was 699.49. They have charged me for over 285 cubic fee that I never had. They only accepted cash or a Postal Service money order at the delivery of my items, that way the charges couldn't be disputed through the banking system once I realized I was being scammed. The driver who dropped off my truck, said that Muraway Moving's office is next door to his and that he had never worked with them before but they had flagged him down because of his semi and asked if he had any room on his truck for a trip to Florida. This is a broker, not a moving company. I've dealt with 3-4 different 'companies' with Muraway Moving during this entire fiasco. Every time I've spoken to someone at Muraway Moving (Cindy and Cynthia), they're rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I've been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my damaged items and my over charge of 285 cubic feet, but no one will return my call. I last spoke with Sebastian Hart on 2.16.23 who said he was waiting for his manager to look into the issue and that I would be contacted ASAP. That was two weeks ago. I've called and left voicemails since my last contact, with no response on their behalf. Muraway Moving has scammed me out of thousands of dollars, ruined multiple pieces of my property, lied to me about the entire process and now refuses to correct their errors.

Terrible damaged furniture missing furniture when arrived ti my final destination I was a state to state move Every time I call their company I get promises but no action just loop me around I will be moving forward legally The service does not match their website the truck they sent for my move looked like a trailer used for cattle or landscaping My move occurred last month and no one has ever called me back Scanners Beware ti give them one star ⭐️ is more than deserved

WARNING - BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE MURAWAY MOVING!! These people are BROKERS and liars. They claimed that their drivers pick up your stuff and the same drivers deliver your stuff. Not only did this NOT happen, but they raised my estimate from $11K to $24K - 2 days before the move. I panicked since I needed to be out of my residence and didn't have another choice. Then they sent another moving company Wolfpac to pack my stuff who didn't honor the estimate and raised it by $6K on top of the $24K. Original estimate was almost now tripled to $30K. Finally, a third moving company delivered our stuff to our final destination. We were brokered out 3 X, hence the price increases. I reached out to Mason and David who scheduled my move by "Muraway Moving" many times during this moving process and received no response.

I made the biggest mistake of my life calling True American Van Lines who subbed out my move to Muraway.
They are the worst movers. Poor communication between moving companies. They don’t care about the customer and when they make a mistake, good luck speaking with Jesse!!! Spend the extra money and look elsewhere.

Poor communication about arrival time for puck-up; I had to call them when no one showed up at the scheduled day & time. Then still no communication on the rescheduled day. Driver (very nice young man) comes and the company did not tell him he was to do the packing and that a piano is part of the move and the driver is aline! to pack and move everything into the truck (including the piano). The truck has only a very steep ramp and no lift for this one man to load everything. Very unfair to the lone driver. Poor communication with customer. Let’s see what happens next.
UPDATE: 19 days now past delivery date and still no delivery! Plus, Dispatch does not return my calls.

My wife and I needed to have everything in our kitchen boxed up and moved into a storage container, because the kitchen is going to be demolished for a remodel. We are in our 70's and could not do it ourselves. I looked for a local service that could box up our stuff and put it into the pod and I found Muraway Moving. After talking with Jesse on the phone, I booked a packing service with them.Dominic and Mauricio are the two strongmen who arrived at our home and they were courteous and got started right away moving the heavy appliances. Then the numerous boxes of dishes and pots and pans and the pantry, etc were quickly packed and moved out to the pod. They also moved a few pieces of furniture. And finally they wrestled a large and heavy fridge out to our patio so that we could use it during the months of remodeling that will be happening.We are so relieved to have had them do this for us, and they did it with great professionalism and efficiency.

5 stars is the top, but I wish I could give them 10! Dominic and his crew could not have been more committed and caring when it came to our move. There was an extremely difficult, very heavy item, that quite frankly I was uncertain how things were going to work. These gentleman moved it with a deep and joyful professionalism. I cannot recommend this group more! Thank you Muraway Moving, y'all are the best!

Two staff were so helpful and competent on the first day that they loaded an entire large vehicle alone. They were professional, nice, and efficient throughout their time with us. Our patio furniture was moved the following day by another two dope workers who followed the same procedure as the day before. When we got to the new place, five workers were already unloading all of our furniture. This surprised me! Nothing was broken, and I would have no problem referring them to other families searching for reliable storage and moving service.

Knowing that individuals still offer good, professional service, such as the staff at Mcompany, is reassuring in light of the current situation. They did a great job. I won't think twice to contact Matthew and his group again if the necessity arises, and I heartily endorse them to anybody else.

I would not only consider working with BLVD Moving again, but I would also recommend them to my family and friends. They showed there promptly and got to work, just as they'd said they would.
