I came on sunday and they said we don’t take cars without appointment and i booked appointment for monday. I came here on time and after 1 hr they told me they have run out of synthetic oil and it will come soon as they have ordered it. It should be few minutes. For another 20-30 wait, oil didn’t arrive and after pursuing them they called vendor again. Inspite of fully paid group on coupon, they charged 15$ in taxes and labor services. Its weird.

If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is the right place for you to go. My daughter took her car here, Saturday, April 27, 2024 because her power steering fluid has been leaking out in large amounts. She was asked to leave her vehicle so they could look and see what the problem was. They called an hour later and said it was the pressure hose and would cost Over $600 for parts and labor. He also stated he wasn’t sure if that was all that was wrong with it and wouldn’t be able to give a definitive answer before replacing the pressure hose, he also reported a possible oil leak. I have a bit more experience with cars and knew to call around to get estimates to replace the pressure hose. I found a repair shop that quoted $374 for parts and labor and scheduled an appointment for today. The gentleman at the new shop stated that he would go ahead and order the part to be ready for the repair. The vehicle was dropped off this morning and my daughter received a call from the shop stating there was nothing wrong with the pressure hose besides, it was disconnected, He reconnected the pressure hose did a cleanup and an oil changed.
I’m not exactly sure how this business does their inspections, estimates, and figures the cost of repairs but either they didn’t look at the car at all and quoted a price that was really high or they just take advantage of women who don’t know much about cars.

I'm really disappointed having to write this. I've been coming here for all my car needs since 2019 and I've always felt that they took care of me and were honest until this last month. I took my car in for a oil change. Three weeks after my oil change my car started making a loud knocking sound. Every person who heard my car all asked the same question if I have done my oil change. I look at my oil and it's at least 2 quarts low and black. I take my car back to them they state any damage that was caused by us we will fix. The manager calls me and said his dm said they will not fix my car and are insisting that they did do the oil change. I ask why is my oil black if I got it 3 weeks ago. His response was I cant answer that. I take it to the dealership and come to find out my engine is done and I need to replace it. Horrible customer service and they stole 75 dollars from me by not doing the oil change and destroyed my engine in the process. The 1st photo is after they looked at my car and added oil so it looked full. But how could it still be that dark after 3 weeks?
The 2nd picture is my oil after 3 weeks of driving when I checked it before taking it back to them.
This is my second review I'm assuming they reported it...people couldn't see it anymore so here it is again

The shop was amazing! It was easy to make an appointment and the team was able to provide the services (tire rotations on 2 cars at the same time) and delivered above and beyond. The team at the shop were understanding and “No” was not in their vocabulary. Highly recommend.
