Horrible care. I gave the physician a year to care for me. She ordered numerous tests, but NEVER contacted me with the results. Her staff have always been rude and without knowledge. The final straw was when I called to confirm the dosage on a medication. Stephanie hung up on me. The pharmacy then called her, and she gave the wrong dosage. So now I am taking the wrong dosage of medication due to Stephanie's ignorance and inablity to converse with me. I've left 3 phone messages on the exchange for help, those calls were never answered. After a year, both Dr. Sargeant and her staff would NEVER call me by my name. Just very cold and not caring. To get a refill on a prescription meant a phone call (never an office visit). Those calls were then billed at extremely high amounts to my insruace company. A real money grab! Cold, uncaring, robotic like care.

I was on a hunt for a new primary doctor as I had changed insurance. I found Dr. sergeant and had my first visit a few days ago. She listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease. Her staffs is great and so kind. I'm happy I found her. If you're looking for a doctor I definitely recommend her!

As always, she listens to my concerns. I discussed the side effects I was experiencing w a certain med and an immediate solution was solved. I love that fact that it was an over the phone appointment, that she was available to make.

I can honestly say Dr. Sargeant has been my favorite provider... EVER. I first visited her office in 2018 under distress and she was so kind and professional. Her directions on care helped me heal the issue. I moved to Orange County but after two years I'm back in LA. I'm relieved to have her as a primary care again. I've never felt judged or uncomfortable around her. She's straightforward, respectful and actually takes time to understand you. Long story longer... if you need a doctor, CALL HER OFFICE NOW!

I felt comfortable and confident while speaking with Dr. Sargent during my appointment. She was thorough, and even though she made suggestions pertaining to my health, I felt like I was in control of my own healthcare choices. She is definitely my new doctor, one that I hope to journey with for the next several years.

Bad reviews seem to be from people who mistake this doctors office as an urgent care. It's a primary care physician, not an urgent care. You need an appointment. They've been great so far.
