I called for help with my watch and now I have no service on my phone or watch for 3 days they didn't talk to me or tell me what they were gonna do if I knew I would have just removed my watch from the plan now I'm phoneless and it's a huge inconvenience because I'm in school and travel to different sites now that's gonna be so hard because I've been relying on my phone. I wish I could fight the person who did this to me but I wont obviously

I went in wanting one of the galaxy a23 or A14. The associate didn’t want to sell me one. I was going to port over. Instead he tried selling me unknown brands and making me feel like I didn’t have money. He said that he only sales the galaxy’s to people who are on metro, when clearly they have a sign of a free 5g Samsung. Very unhappy

I was trying to help out a disabled person at my mom‘s nursing home that’s just down the street from this location. The whole thing started off really bad because the guy couldn’t distinguish that the lady I was trying to help out was referring to him as Rick rather than Henrique, he did not have the foresight to realize that someone had just made an error in the pronunciation or the format of, that should’ve been my first clue that I was in serious trouble. Went back to the nursing home to verify that this was her location and that was the person that she had actually spoke to at that point he informed me that the birthdate she was giving me was incorrect which she insisted wasn’t then he asked if I could go back and bring her ID which I did And when I returned he still could not get into her account and then said I needed a pin well about an hour and a half into it I decided my good Samaritan patients had run out and I had to return back to the lady with her ID and her credit card and no new phone and let her know how bad the service here is and how bad it will continue to be as long as Henrique is allowed to work in this store

I was given the best customer service! Brandon did a outstanding job! I was told about all discounts that apply to me! I'm happy I switched back! It's the best mobile phone service now!

Outstanding customer service by Patrick, he went above and beyond trying to fix my phone. He was professional, and even went out of his way helping another customer right before closing, didn't rush anyone and try to leave by closing.

Very desappointed with the employee who tried to convince me that the deal I was looking for was not available anymore. Obviously he was deceptive intentionately. Probably didn't like me or I got there at the wrong moment when he didn't want to work. Will never return.
