I wish there was an option for no stars , by far the most racist owners I have ever encountered. I simply went to browse the selection, and the owner told me word for word "I'll be honest with you , you don't look like someone I would trust to run the process with" because I'm Mexican ? Very professional

Let me start by saying I'm a long-time customer. I have done private party transfers (typically $55), so I called 2 months ago and spoke to John, who said he would call me back to schedule an appointment. With all guys who work here they only work on appointment only. John never called. So I just called again and asked for John, but got passed to Bruce, who seemed stressed about my private gun transfer. He wanted to make sure I knew about their "new" appointment fee to first meet and additional fee at delivery. I asked how much that was and he said the appointment fee will be approximately $200 !!!!!! Wow!!! Talk about price gouging and crapping right on a return customer!!! He referred me to Turners- which I hate, as is I was a child. Will NEVER return here to do any business with this place and would recommend you do the same. There are others. These people don't know how to run a business and don't want your business.

They've helped me out in the past, even when their prices have always been higher than normal for firearms. Tried to set up an appt for a private party transfer since they're apparently only open by appt now. Dealer said fee was $37 plus $10 for the shop, which is normal. He then followed up by stating they also charge a $100 fee for setting up an appointment. WHAT?!!! PASS. Looks like they've found a new way to try and gouge their potential customers. Instead of charging a fee for people to come in, how about operating like a normal shop to get more foot traffic in?

I enjoy coming to this store. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The gunsmiths are hilarious! Yes some items are overpriced, but they not forcing you to purchase anything. The owner is very reasonable on prices IF you ask. Ppl need to stop being so soft

Made the mistake of walking into this place. Lots of inventory. All of it insanely overpriced. More than double current retail at any other store. And it isn’t like you can’t find firearms or ammo anywhere else now either. It is readily available again. Most stores have plenty of inventory and fair prices these days. But not this place. Staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I should have looked at the reviews of this place prior to having something done over there. I knocked on the door and 2 guys popped their heads up and just stood there like a deer in head lights. There was a security gate at the door, but it was not locked. I honestly did not feel too warm and fuzzy about going in there which I should have listened to. I went against my senses and had them install some glass. $80 seemed high, but oh well. One of the guys told me that if he didn't call me by Saturday to just call him instead. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got a call Thursday. Upon going back, I knocked on the door and 5 minutes later someone comes to the door and asks me how he could help me. I asked him if they were open, and he said, "Not really." He acted very paranoid which again, did not make me feel warm and fuzzy. Another employee came by to view my rifle and said, "A little overkill on the scope" referring to what I put on my rifle which was recommended by Ruger. My suggestion to the Owner/s is to close shop! I would NEVER bring any firearm to this place let alone buy anything from here. I am taking my rifle to someone who actually knows what they are doing to check out the job they did mounting my scope. I am all for giving my business to my local neighborhood shops, but in this case, that would be a "HARD" "NO WAY!".

Just a bunch of grumpy old men not interested in helping anybody. All my friends warned me but i thought "how bad can they be?" Not very welcoming in there, boss man was asleep behind a computer and had to be woken up by one of the other guys every time there was an inquiry. I wont be going back.

Every thing is at least double the price of other local stores and poor customer service.
