I live in Arcadia. For many years, I've been taking my vehicles to Advantage Ford in Duarte for service. I've always been satisfied with the service there and the service representatives as well. I just learned that the dealership has changed owners and is now Envision Motors. Many times with ownership changes comes many other changes which aren't always favorable. I guess time will tell as to whether the changes under the new ownership are favorable or not. I hope as a result of this new ownership change that many there will not lose their positions. I really hope some of the services such as free shuttle service to your home or work while your vehicle is being serviced does not go away. Actually that service is one of the main reasons I've had my vehicles serviced at Advantage Ford. If that service goes away, I will likely have to consider a new place to have my vehicle serviced.

I happened to be in Monrovia when my skid plate came loose and was dragging below my car. I had recently had an oil leak repaired at another dealership a few weeks ago. I pulled into the service center for the first time around 12:30pm on a weekday. I was helped by Marco who was very nice and said a lot of the staff were at lunch if I could leave the car. I told him I was just passing through and couldn't wait too long. He said he would look at it and see what he can do. I waited not even 15 min and he pulled my car up with the skid plate bolted back in. After a rough day, this was the best news I could get. Thank you Marco! First time a dealership surprised me with over the top service!

15 days later and I am still waiting for the "service adviser" to return my call or text, the advice asked me to the t his personal cell phone, my VIN follow by my full name and my address, I did texted him to speed up the process but nothing yet. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I need my recall done before smoke test.

I Have been going to Advantage Lincoln service for approximately 15 years. I have had 4 Navigators and I took 3 of my Navigators to them for service and for any repairs that needed to be made. Greg made the experience extremely smooth, he was very helpful and knowledgeable during the time he was there. He is no longer there. I called yesterday for an oil change on my 2018 Navigator and I was told by Larry that they are only doing oil changes for customers who bought their cars from them and he did not know when and if I could even get an appointment at any time. I was surprised because I've been a loyal customer, even though I didn't buy my cars from them, I've always taken them to their dealership for maintenance and repairs. I explained my situation to Larry, telling him of my years of loyalty . Larry did not care about my situation , he was going on vacation the next week for 2 weeks and their repair guys were short on hand because of Covid. I looked elsewhere and started going to Star Lincoln in Glendale. Great place, happy I'm being taken care of at the Glendale Lincoln dealership

When I was looking for a car a few years ago I decided to get a Ford since I had a dealer just 3 miles down the street in Chino Hills. I had been to that dealer 3 times and each time was not a good experience.So when I needed to get my car serviced I contacted Advantage Ford in Duarte, quite a bit further away but I am not going back to Chino Hills Ford again. I was pleased to have had Polo (service advisor) pick up the call and take care of what I was looking to get done. I took my vehicle to Advantage Ford on Saturday. Three hours later I was on my way back home with my oil changed and a recall completed. Polo's communication was excellent and I hope that people reading this will ask for him when deciding to get their car serviced at Advantage Ford.

I have been going to Advantage Ford for over 20-years and all that time my service adviser has been Mr. Pollo (Ford), and he is always courteous, professional, and "moves a mountain for me" I am realtor I need and count on my car. So, when I have a problem I need a turn around quick. Mr. Pollo will get me a loaner if necessary and then still gets my vehicle fixed in haste.I have brought 3-cars thru Ford and my kids so, I love them it's a good place...Check it out!Thank you Pollo...:)

I have a Lincoln Corsair and when purchasing the vehicle they said if I ever needed a loaner they would but me in something of same value. Instead they gave me a loaner that is way less value than my vehicle and to top it off it the loaner smelled like CIGARETTES. So when I called he said he can't give me something I "LIKE". Then after telling him about the cigarette smell he had the nerve to ask if I can bring it back after telling him I have ASTHMA and how my son almost had an Asthma attack. I'm going to seek legal advice. DONT BRING YOUR LINCOLN HERE FOR SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE OR CARE HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON LINCOLN VEHICLES.
