Oh My God. 2 Supervisors and they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO Do the Medical card credit!! It’s crazy to have such uneducated supervisors!September 22, 4:25 pm The man supervisor was so rude and told me to go to another CVS as no way was he or his co-workers going to learn how to do the cards.Please tell me why you have an ignorant rude supervisor male who does not know his job? And he will get a paycheck?Why does CVS pretend to take the cards? Burbank CVS no problem.Oh and the young Asian girl in the pharmacy is a liar. Can’t trust her. She said she would help me and then said no. Liar.This is a very poorly run store.

I made an appointment at 4pm for the vaccine, and I checked in at 4:05pm, and it takes 50mins to wait to get the vaccine, what does the appointment mean then? The appointment should protect both customer and doctor. I showed up on time and didn’t waste your time , please do the same thing for your customer!the customer service member is super rude.

Most unfriendly, unprofessional and uneducated group of pharmacy technicians. One time I came asking if they had a medication in stock and they had no idea what I was talking about....how are you working for a whole pharmacy with no education about medicine? Another instance was when I came in to pick up my prescription and didn't know they closed early. Was greeted by a blonde pharmacist and her ridiculous attitude. They should hire a new group of pharmacists if they don't want to keep losing business like this. From the looks of all the reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. I will now be taking my business to the Walgreens down the street.

In general the pharmacy seems understaffed and poor customer service. Long wait times to get your medication and I have been turned away due to my meds not being ready, even though my order was already in their system for days. To avoid this a 2nd time, I called ahead to see if I could pick up my meds. The pharmacist said “yes” meds are available - come by. When I arrived, they were closed for lunch. The pharmacist never mentioned this to me over the phone and I wasted a trip. This could be dangerous for people with serious illnesses who need their medication. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

I was helped by Gabriela and she was very nice and has great attitude along with the remaining of staff that was working would definitely recommend this cvs over others.

Beau was an absolute pleasure! He helped me find the products I was looking for and explained everything for me to understand. He even signed me up for the CVS Carepass. He should definitely either get a raise or be upgraded to a manager position. He's a people person!!

I live very close to this CVS and walk here all the time. Someone always makes sure to greet you when you come in. It's typically well stocked. I've never had any negative experiences. The boxes of popsicles and ice cream in the freezer section is usually freezer burned though, they should try to address that. But overall happy with it as my local CVS!

I went to CVS today for a Covid-19 booster shot. I was not aware I needed an appointment and was turned away. I left and made an appointment for later today. I called in to ask if I may come in earlier. Although the location seemed empty and appointments were available, I was advised I had to come at most 30 minutes before the appointment. I agreed and was about to hang up, when the agent asked me which state I was from (mind you, I live in the area and have lived in California most of my life), and afterwards, she asked me where did I get the number I called from. I got it from Google Maps. I find such questions vastly inappropriate. The agent’s overall behavior was unfriendly and unhelpful, aside from wildly disrespectful. I have fulfilled all appointment requirements, with all supporting documentation, am an American citizen and a California resident, and frankly, it is none of this agent’s business to ask any of this information. It is baffling that I would be asked that, simply for calling in to check on my appointment. The call happened about 5-10 minutes ago from me posting this. I would say that I have previously been at this location and have generally had a great experience, but the CVS employee I interacted with today was very much out of line.

I have been a CVS Duarte customer since it opened. The pharmacy in the past few months (and ESPECIALLY the last 3-4 weeks!) has become severely understaffed!! I work in healthcare and understand that sometimes there is a wait, but it has gotten ridiculous at CVS! My last two visits before today, I experienced extremely long wait times and thought they were unfortunate circumstances. Today, my experience at CVS was the worse I have ever had!! I got in the drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Normally, this is a good sign. Today, it turned into a 40 minute wait! Ridiculous and unacceptable! There were no Covid tests being administered. These other two cars were simply picking up prescriptions like I was, but it took 40 minutes for those two cars to finish and for me to get to the window! I learned that this CVS pharmacy is absorbing a large volume of clients who were formally at Rite Aid that closed recently, but despite this, CVS pharmacy in Duarte is cutting hours and ONLY staffing this VERY BUSY pharmacy with ONE pharmacist and ONE tech!! I only got this information after asking what is going on! This is a horrible way for CVS to treat long term customers! Sitting in a running car in 96 degree heat with gas prices as outrageous as they are is NOT putting the customer first. CVS needs to staff this pharmacy better and take your customers into consideration!

Terrible customer service yesterday night 2/28/22 by lady and man pharmacist while trying to pick up medication for my mom. Provided information needed and even told them both I was here to pick up one medication that my mom said she received a text it was ready. Then lady goes onto needing the name because it isn't in her system?? As I call my mom to confirm the name the lady has me pull back around so she can help car behind me which is understandable but she failed to tell me once it's 8pm there system locks them out so therefore I pulled back around for no reason bc when I got to the window the lady brings over the male he's telling me now there's nothing he can do until tomorrow and it's frustrating because I would've just stayed at the window while I got the name of medication, I still had minutes before 8pm after she had me pull back around. I left with no medication and very sloppy service and time wasted. If you don't like your job or cant provide good service and act like you do like it then you find something else, customers aren't an inconvenience when trying to get medication. I told my mom to change her pharmacy to a different cvs and think about this review before sending in your prescriptions here people..

Today was very busy inside and the girl who was over seeing lots of areas, including Self-Check-Out was FABULOUS! I watched her running around doing price checks, customer assistance and register problems, like what happened with me, with a smile and with ease. She was great! I hope my receipt info will help you locate this outstanding employee. She's why everyone stayed in the long lines without leaving. Thank you young lady :-)
