Peter, the other young lady pharmacist and the rest of their team members are outstanding.Their customer and professionalism services are unique, helpful and if the customer has any question/s Peter the Pharmacy Manager and the other young female Pharmacist go beyond to explain to make sure the customer understood needed instructions.I selected this pharmacy for all my Rx's needs or even OTC meds since Peter first got hired and the dinosaurs used to walk up and down Huntington Drive.

I've used this CVS for about 10 years and within the last year the service has declined precipitously. I've been having difficulty sorting out the right dosage and brand of a new medication, so I've had several prescriptions of the "same" drug in varying dosages by different manufacturers over a period of several months. Trying to find the right dosage and liaise between doctor and pharmacy has been frustrating on my end, so I imagine it's been difficult for them too. However, while communication with my doctor's office has been stellar, interaction with the staff at the CVS has not (my doctor's office has also reported that they are difficult to work with and don't seem to know proper protocol). Today I called in to CVS because I noticed in my online account that the old, incorrect drug had been filled while the new, correct drug had been ordered but required I "contact the pharmacy to fill". I asked the staff person who answered the phone why I hadn't been notified that the new drug required me to call in, when my doctor should have made them aware that the old drug was a mistake. The staff person I spoke to immediately bristled and blamed me for the misunderstanding regarding which prescription was correct. I attempted to explain that the main pharmacist there is aware of my situation after having spoken with her about it multiple times, but he interrupted and then talked over me, insisting that it's not the pharmacist's responsibility to be familiar with each patient's profile. I informed him that he could cancel the incorrect drug and would take my prescription to another pharmacy. He replied, "good". Please do better, CVS.

WOWWWWI am absolutely blown away by how incompetent these workers are. I took a covid test at this CVS, first of all I waited in line for over 30 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me, second of all its been over the 1-2 days they say it takes for results so I call.I have been sick and quarantining since I took my test at cvs, I have not left my home in over a week because I was waiting on my test results. I call and they tell me that it "looks like I didn't go to my appointment" uhhh definitely not the case, then they tell me that all they can do is schedule a new test..... like what is the number that I read out to the worker for if not to identify the patient????I have missed nearly a week of work because I have been waiting on these results. This is absolutely f****** b********

Terrible customer service. They held my serious medications for more than 24 hours and, after that, weren't ready for pick up despite I confirmed when I would come to pick them up.And when I talked to them, they didn't even apologize.

Everyone is great, especially Peter! They work diligently to make sure your medications are ready when they are suppose to, and if you need a refill, they call the doctor! There's honor that we must pay these essential workers!

Lady in the front was rude. Initially I asked if I can purchase it there because I was using my insurance. She interrupted me and said NOPE. Ok fine. I've done it there before but policies can change. I was gonna ask her how to use the HSA with some medicine and she just interrupted several times. All she was saying was "NOPE" Everytime I was trying to ask about using HSA. Then finally said "NOPE can't do it, that's target we're CVS." I usually don't have issues here. Usually the opposite. I may update this with their name. Haven't decided yet.

Great staff and the pharmacist Peter is the best! The whole team goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They are always apologetic if something doesn't go right and they fix it ASAP. I have also gotten my flu shot the past 2 years there and so super easy and fast!

This is the best CVS! The staff is friendly especially the pharmacy staff. They are amazing and always try to go out of their way whenever possible to help me.

I placed my order online and went to pick it up at the drive up area. Only to find, by the time got to Target my items were SOLD OUT except for 5 packs of gum! What a waste of time & GAS!

I never thought I would say this..... I can't believe I would say my recent experience at Walmart is 10x better than I had at this Target today. 3 registered froze so lines were backed up. Ok it happens. They didn't have any carts available. Shelves were empty. Staff were new and have no idea what they were doing. The register froze when I was paying and by the time I left Target, it had taken them 35 mins to have me just to pay..... The only thing they said was sorry and walked away...... I did not expect this from Target. Not going back to this Target ever again. Worse customer service ever.
