“This place is AWESOME! Fix Auto Temple City did an amazing job fixing my 2023 Tesla M3P. Jenny and the people over there are very helpful with every step of the way. I had a minor paint issue on my passenger side door that was not included on the claim and they went ahead and repainted that part for me. My car is basically brand new again. “What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“Stopped in after picking up a piece of furniture from savers that would not fit in my sedan. I stopped by and Pebbles helped me pick out a minivan which was perfect for my quick haul. She showed me how to put the seats down and stow them away for a perfect flat loading floor.

“Sorry this took so long but you guys did do a great job Sean was efficient and knowledgeable of the product we rented a minivan to go up north March March 27th through April 1st it was a great experience the van was clean and new easy to drive lots of features they gave us a lot of flexibility on our return time they gave us very clear instructions on how to use everything. As well as lots of great insurance coverages that we could pick from to protect the vehicle while we had it overall irate Sean and Enterprise Rent-A-Car 10 out of 10 definitely big Frank approved”

But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . I was looking to buy a car from Avis a month ago and the process and the service from the car sales people was less than pleasant. However, Alex the operator was the best. He sympathized with me and recommended a car to purchase instead of the bait and switch the Avis car salesman was offering. He is what made the experience more pleasant. Thank You Alex for your help. Although the salesman of the Avis cars was definitely not great you helped me during a stressful situation!”

Not only do they have great rates, but the guys who work there are so kind and helpful. I've never once felt like I'm getting taken advantage of (which I have at other rental places). “Booked an EV through Costco, showed up expecting a Chevy Bolt, and drove away in a brand-new Mach-E for surprisingly cheap. Extending the rental was a quick process (I did it in-person, so all they needed were the vehicle keys), but there was an extension fee. I was also told you don't get refunded for early returns if you prepay. Overall, I would probably rent from here again if needed.
I charged the vehicle using my personal charging cable at home, so I can't weigh in on the charging issues other reviews have mentioned. They did mention during pickup that they had some Teslas available if I didn't want the Mach-E, so I imagine a Tesla would be the safer option for those worried about on-the-go charging.”

I see a lot of negativity reviews, but thank God, I have had only one bad experience in all the years I have rented here. Maybe because I always reserve at least 3 weeks or 4 months in advance, I never have rented a car from here at the last minute. I always follow up to ensure they will have what I'm requesting. I rented Suburbans, Teslas, small commuter vehicles, as well as midsize cars for long trips.”
