This is the worst place to do banking. The service sucks!! They will leave you standing in line won't tell you all the tellers are on break!!! I had to ask and I was in line waiting instead of helping me the TELLER left on his break. News flash Bank of America hire more people, I was also on my break from work and couldn't get no service!!! Absolutely insane and the rest of the workers doing whatever and not saying a word just sitting down acting like it was normal. They only had one teller working and she was doing a business transaction taking forever and a DAY!!! Get it together!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My complaint is for Lorena Muro (notary public) at this location. She lied to my face and stated that she can only notarize documents specifically for Bank of America. I called Bank of America and that was a lie. Then she stated that my documents have to specifically say Bank of America on them. I called Bank of America and that was a lie also. She also indirectly stated that there are a limit of documents that she can notarize per individual. I called Bank of America and that was a lie. Also, she previously notarized about 9 documents before this with similar documents, the only differencewas the companys name, their address and the date. I have already submitted a discrimination complaint with Bank of America and will submit a complaint with the State of California secretary of state notary public section. If she is going to lie and discriminate then she should not be there. I also spoke with the store manager Alex or Alejandro, he stated that she can choose to not notarize specific documents. Actually she cannot, I spoke with secretary of state notary public. She can only do that for specific reasons which would not apply in my situation. So, I will be submitting a complaint with the store manager as well.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Made an appointment to meet with banker. Bank confirmed appointment and when we showed up the banker left early for day. No phone call or nothing. Go anywhere else. This place has no decency for appointments or customer service.

Cashier Monica was condescending and rude. Zero customer service. In addition, she added up my deposit incorrectly and blamed "the system" instead of taking ownership. Please please adjust her attitude. Do not go

The customer service at this location is horrible. Everything from the security guard to the tellers They treat their customers like sht cuz that's how they actually think of them. Modern banks are the worst companies that exist and that's not hyperbole

Was there to open up a business checking account and Yesenia was very helpful, and made the process really simple. Also didn't even have to wait so long. Would highly recommend this branch!!

You're an amazing bank teller (forgive me if that's not the title of your position), we need more amazing people. Btw, thank you for reopening the business line, this helps a lot with moving the line quicker.

So this Bank of America location sucks like all of the rest. I walked in without being greeted or checked in which caused me to sit and wait almost 30 minutes just to be told they don't do temporary cards anymore. Very annoying. Then she says "We can order a new card for you." No thank you lady I can do that myself online I didn't need to sit here for 30 minutes for you to give me a subpar solution. Greet your customers at the door so time is not wasted....PLEASE!

The only reason I keep making the mistake of coming to this branch is that it's the closest to my office. The customer service is lousy. God forbid I require a transaction that necessitates talking to an actual person. Never enough tellers and always a line. And often only one or two of the ATMs are working and I have to wait in line there too. I'd go to the branch closer to home, but they close earlier than my office does. And the worst part is that B of A doesn't give a damn about any of these bad reviews and will do nothing to change.

This bank is always busy!!! Only ever 2 tellers!!! 30 min in line to do a straight deposit is insane. Thank god I don't bank at B of A! This is terrible! If I could give a zero I would!

I need to exchange dollars for euros for my upcoming trip to Europe. They said it will take two business days to have to currency in the bank which is ok. But no one called me. Four days later I called right before I go to work to make sure everything is ok. They said they called, most likely they're calls shows up as a scam number on my phone and I don't waste time on those calls. So please fix your caller ID. They said to come and pick it up. When I got to the back, there was no one to welcome you on the door. Then they said don't see my request and had to wait for someone else to come and find it. Then they want it me to wait for someone else with the second key, which would've been fine but I called before and they should have been ready with everything. So, I couldn't wait. Had come again. And was quicker few days later. It's not first time ordering euro and I know its way more easier procedure. This bank is just not that organized. From now on, I would use another locations as I used to to safe time and effort.

Aside from doing what the bank is suppose to, which this branch does. The line to see a teller is always beyond the door, with either 1 or 2 only working them. a simple deposit or withdrawal that's above the atm limit will take at least 30-45 minutes.

I'm so tired of this branch, this branch seriously sucks. The line goes out the door and there'll be like 1 or 2 tellers. I go because I need quarters for laundry and because there's coin shortage; only ONE girl will tell me she can only give my $10 in quarters, while eeeeeeverytime I come in and see someone else, it's never a problem.

This branch has 25 people in line 2 tellers making old customers 70+ with masks on wait outside in the 100+ degree weather . The service is the worst I realize it is not the fault of the employees but the fault of upper management. If you are going to close 80 percent of your branches please staff the few you left open. I feel sorry for the senior citizens outside in line they could positively accommodate everyone in a line that is inside.
