If you are a small business do not use BofA they do not value small businesses. Avoid using there cc processing terrible service.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Made an appointment to meet with banker. Bank confirmed appointment and when we showed up the banker left early for day. No phone call or nothing. Go anywhere else. This place has no decency for appointments or customer service.
