this is the worst bank I have ever used. One West was great. First Community has been nothing but problems. Every time I try to use ATM I have pin # problems. I go 8s to bank and try to fix and end up having the same problems. I use this pin # every day to open my garage door. The bank claims the problem is with me.I do plan to use a different bank

Went to open an account after discussing it for sometime with Veronica. (They are my business bank so I'm in their often.) She is a great rep for the company. Actually, all of them at this branch are wonderful, but Veronica has something special about her. Strongly recommend OWB.

Today was my first time visiting a OneWest Bank. I came with my mom with the intention of learning more about the accounts (e.g., retirement, checking, saving) offered at OneWest. We met with Veronica and she was great. We sensed that building a strong relationship was a priority for her and we appreciated that about her. We definitely learned a lot and she made us feel very comfortable banking here.
