An hour oil change took 3 1/2+ hours due to everyone being out for lunch. A rotating lunch break would prevent customers having to wait 3-4 hours for a basic service.

My experience at Ford Lincoln service was not good from the start. I had called in advanced to ask for a quote for oil change and tire rotation, (the quote I was given over the phone was a fair $114) After I declined the advisor’s suggested service due for $2,000 he tried to sell me the $600 service. Which again I declined. Upon picking up the car, the advisor claimed that they couldn’t make the tire alignment because the lug nuts were “swollen” (he showed me a “sample”) and that I needed to get them in a tire shop, then bring the car back for the alignment… (this sounded very weird) and the lug nuts in my car didn’t look anything like the swollen ones he showed me. The next day, I took the car to a friend (a retired mechanic) and he said that the nuts were perfectly fine, and that most of the services that were being offered to me for 2,000 were not necessary and that he would have charged about $350-400 for ones that were indeed necessary. As if this was not enough, the invoice that I received from the adviser, had some discrepancies, stating that I had complaint about the battery was dead and that I had declined the service (supposedly offer at $550) I do not know the motive for this dishonesty, maybe the company requires a sale quota from the advisors? So they have to lie and state on the invoice what they recommended and say that the client declined? And still the mystery about the “swollen lug nuts” story remains… Whatever the case is, I feel like I cannot trust them anymore. So next time I need service, I will go somewhere else.

I did a 7.5k maintenance including an oil change. But my Ford pass still showing I need an oil change in 1200m afterward. I am not sure that's the problem of the apps or I really need to do it. Besides, I did two filter change as well, but I found two screws under the passenger rug which I believe they're from the change of the cabin filter. I will check it by myself when I have time to do it because I think all small parts matter

Everyone was eager to be helpful. I knew before going what I was looking for and that made the process pretty simple. We did have to wait a few hours to get through the finance portion of the sale because they were backed up with people. We were told multiple times that we next in line and then come to find out someone else was helped before us. That was a bit frustrating.
They told us while we were waiting that they were washing the truck and going to fill it up with gas. I was pretty disappointed when after all the waiting we drove off the lot to realize they sent us on our way with a 1/4 of a tank of gas.

I had recall campaigns on two of my Ford vehicles & I was hesitant on having recall repairs done on my cars. First time ever doing a recall, Edgar Rico explained the process. Envision Ford Lincoln of Duarte made the process fairly smooth. About fair customer service, somewhat knowledge service advisor.

Do not come here under any circumstances.
150$ for an oil change, no communication and even though they said they would send a Lyft to pick me up, no one ever did and no one answered the phone when I called back and left a message. No one ever called to say the car way ready either.
Then they told me the Ford Focus needed a 1900$ service at 75k miles to change the transmission fluid, coolant flush and other things. Very pushy. No such service is specified by Ford MoCo for my car and the trasmission is a dual clutch which is fluid for life.
Dishonest, incompetent, pushy ever since new owners took over.
