The owner is a scammer, he charges double when you don't see it and he just goes away and doesn't give you the receipt. Be careful as soon as I look and I asked for the receipt and he had to return what he charged me.

They have good wings.They have terrible service cashier was rude today and before I went once and he tried to steal a dollar from me.Their sodas aren't even cold they were warm and didn't taste good.I would give it a 0 star if I could.I also believe he was rude because he thought I was stealing based of my appearance I am a 6'2 Mexican and 14 year old and had my backpack as I got out of school and went for a soda

Decent store, good staff but it says they're open 24/7 but I've been there numerous times as it's my local convenience store and they lock the doors, this is around 2:30-3am but still... a 24/7 store is a 24/7 store and that's that, no excuses.

Sept. 5, 2023 - Well machines still broken, no fresh coffee and NO Large cups. You have to pay for ex-large.This store sucks. Upper management needs to come in and help. Dep does nothing.Dep the owner needs to hire new people or have a talk.Over 24 hours ago and now the nice new espresso machines were still not working. “Need Cleaning” Obviously some of his employees don’t want to clean the machines or work. One guy yesterday was just staring down on his phone. I had to get his attention twice.Not sure how clean or fresh this place is.

I used the credit card machine to make a late night purchase a few weeks ago. An hour & a half later-my B of A prepaid debit card account issued by th state of CA had been completely wiped out. I truly believe there was a device on the credit card machine accessing my information on the card I used. Take heed. I reported the incident to the owner. He claims he runs a report on his computer at the store to find out if there is in fact a device on his two credit card machines. Didn't buy it. He's nice but I had read negative comments in the past about customers being overcharged on their debit cards w/ erroneous charges/purchases & cash advances. Filed a claim w/ B of A but no longer patronize that particular 7-11. Beware folks-RUN from this place. It was beyond coincidence that this just happened to me. There are countless unknowing victims out there. Won't get fooled again.

You have been warned by reading this message, please do yourself a huge favor by staying away from this 7-Eleven, I went there to purchased one large cup of coffee with my phone app for discount, but the owner purposely charged me a set deal for a muffin with a coffee instead of single coffee deal that both available from the app, he wasted my five minutes there for correction, still walked away with a muffin with a cup of coffee and even filed complaint to 7-Eleven on this scammer, once again please stay away from this store for your own sake!

The owner is a scammer and very rude.Selling $1.50 Ramen for $3-4, always trying to charge extra for card transaction.There were no paper bag for donuts one time (which is fine) so he gave me a plastic bag. And then I've purchase other products which he puts in the same bag that has donuts. The bags are literally 5 cents man. What a rude and disgusting personal he is.Always looking at Asian or black neighbors like we are going to steal. Always asking if we are going to oay cash or card so he can secretly charge extra. Don't make money like that you disgusting man.

Beware of 711 ATM Huntington & Highland, Stealing peoples information. I came across a camera faceplate above the number pad on the atm. Super sketchy. The manager seemed to know it was there. Avoid. Checked the atm and the original panel was back on. Make sure to Check the upper panel above the numeric pad to be sure they didn't put the camera back to record you typing in your PIN. the manager is in on this with the ATM vendors.

The girls in there today were really nice. Showed me the savings and were very polite. It's very clean and wasn't harassed by anyone outside either. It's a good day :-)
