I checked out with the mobile app which this store opted into, or the app doesn't let you check out. When I arrived at the cashier to show her my confirmation, she said I needed to pay and they don't do mobile app. I showed her my receipt, charge on my account and she repeated that I needed to pay or I couldn't leave. I had already paid for the items in my hands so after going back and forth a few times I left while she told me I was stealing. The customer behind me stood in awe, I was so embarrassed and did nothing wrong. Needless to say I won't be going here again. Not even with regular payment because this was not the first non friendly interaction I have had here. I work across the street is the saddest part, this was my 3rd visit today. I guess the next name brand convenience store will serve my needs now.

I purchased some lottery tickets and won $135. One of my lottery tickets was for $100, but they wouldn't cash it. I don't understand why they wouldn't cash it if they're a lottery retailer. I will definitely report them to the CA Lottery. They'll take your money but won't cash out a ticket if you win more than $35.

Do not come to this store they are stealing from people I had 1600 dollars stolen from my card and the only place I had used it was here. don't come here Iam positive they are skimming peoples card information these people are the worst , called corporate and they don't give a f*^% stay far away from here!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. These individuals were very rude. Poor service. They were talking about us in front of us and I would not recommend this place to Anyone.

I am not going back. They are so rude. Bad energy. I forgot my debit card. I tried to use my cc for less than $5.00. The cashier was visably annoyed with me, dismissive. For some reason he said my card was declined. I knew that couldnt be true. Embarrassed, I left and went to Chevron on Mountain and Huntington. Absolutely no problem and I got a hello, a smile and a thank you. I work too hard for my money to be treated like garbage to spend it.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE and RUDE.....Treated me like I was a d*** girl, tried to get rid of me so he could concentrate more on his conversation with another co- worker. Also...I bought a sugar coated donut from the donut from the case....it tasted like rancid oil because of all the greasy hot dogs and other items rolling on the roller machine. WARNING: Be careful when choosing a doctor....think about it...

Beware this 7-11. I would stay from soda and coffee. It's a slow 7-11. I would think it should be easy to keep clean. I was so wrong! There was roach all around coffee and big gulps. In the back. So nasty. Stay away from them.

I am fed up! For the third time they have charged me three times in my debit card. They told me to insert my card again because the first time didn't work, and when I realized next day I noticed I was charged twice! And to get my money back wasn't easy! It is a scam, don't go there anymore. Who knows how many people they have robbed.

Apparently you have to be able to drive in order to purchase cigarettes, i’m 21 but i don’t drive so i brought in my passport card to prove my age and they denied me because it’s not a driver’s license, didn’t know there is a new law that says you have to drive in order to drink and snoke
